⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Huge thanks to Mr. Muthuraj at the Airtel Store, JP Nagar. My son was facing a SIM issue while he was in his college campus in Kanpur. He visited a nearby store there, but they could not help since the phone was in the father’s name and required the owner to be present. I immediately approached the JP Nagar Airtel store, and Muthurajj was incredibly friendly and helpful. He patiently guided us over video call, activated the eSIM, and stayed with us until the process was fully completed. What could have easily taken hours was handled by him in just about 15 minutes. Truly professional and customer-focused support. Highly recommended, and heartfelt thanks to Muthuraj for the excellent service!

For anyone considering Airtel WiFi, I highly recommend steering clear. It has been the most frustrating service I’ve ever dealt with. At times, it’s so sluggish that I struggle to send a WhatsApp message. When I attempt to raise an issue using their app, I only encounter a chatbot with no option for real customer support. It keeps telling me there's congestion in my area and promises to resolve the issue in four hours. We made the mistake of switching to Airtel, and I can confidently say it's the absolute worst WiFi option available!

Initially I have given 5start thought that my issue has been resolved and I was so happy, but letter I realized that Airtel team has done big blunder. So I had a mixed experience with Airtel customer service, as different circles seem to follow different approaches. Unfortunately, my circle was changed unknowingly, and when I requested to add a new number to my primary number, the team from the other circle made the new number the primary one and changed my original number to secondary. It was a really frustrating experience. As a result, I now have to go through the process of changing my number again.

Useless people, Airtel stores dont provide any contact first of all. I went ang got a replacement of my existing sim card for 20 years old account. Now new sim card is not working. Apparently KYC has failed. My airtel account does not match with my adhar. now I am out of service for more than 48 hours. Such a stupid service they are running. Close your store and do something else.

My sim stopped working and I was assisted by Ms Vidhya who took care of the whole process as a single point of contact. Even though the process took a while, I was kept updated on the progress and appraised about the practicalities. Thank you and appreciate your help in restoring my sim!

It was a Sunday, 11/01/26, I was worried that my esim went unworking, glad that the store was open , only one staff was available but he was kind enough to adress every customer as per the que - he helped with right guidance on esim issue I was facing and got my esim issue sorted. Thank you

Please do not buy any Airtel my wifi data card from Airtel Store. As I too had purchased from this store 1 year and now the battery is puffed so it is not working, and no original batteries are available in the market. When I asked them today they themselves said we don't have any accessories like batteries for the dongle and please go and buy it outside. Okay we can agree they don't have it, they can guide properly to buy it from the manufacturer of this dongle, but haven't shared it. They only guide you to buy a duplicate and not original battery from a unknown manufacturer, which I charged for 5-6 hours or maybe more but still didn't charge and that device old battery is at one percent only from the time of purchase till now. And the old battery original gets puffed up after long usage, after 1 year then you are left with a useless device without a battery (see video). Please don't buy this dongle and regret it like me. Instead buy a 4G LTE Wifi Router from TP-Link via Amazon.

My sim stopped working, I came here for replacement but ekyc through face didn't work. I asked them do with fingreprimt. But Pathetic service. Such a big store but they don't have device to do adhar ekyc through fingerprint. Device is not working. Store incharge doesn't know how make it operational. Only intrested in selling new cards. They took my 4-5 hours, but couldn't resolve the issue.

Went to buy a new SIM card MR Mohan helped me a lot and he a very good staff at Airtel office Jp nagar rbi a lot . Happy with the service 🥰

I visited this Airtel office for network issues, but Mr. Mohan was very unprofessional. Instead of helping, he did not respond properly and even scolded us. Very disappointing behavior and no proper customer support. Honestly, he is unfit for the job as he does not know how to handle customers respectfully.”

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this store and SIM card center. The staff displayed the height of unprofessionalism from the very beginning. They lacked basic customer service etiquette, showed no urgency to assist customers, and were incredibly dismissive of genuine concerns. I visited to resolve a simple issue, but instead of providing prompt help, the staff wasted my time by chatting amongst themselves and ignoring waiting customers. Even when approached, they acted as if they were doing me a favor by simply listening. Their knowledge of the services and processes seemed shockingly poor, leading to confusion and further delays. What’s more frustrating was their complete lack of accountability. Instead of offering solutions, they kept giving vague answers and shrugging off responsibility. The entire process was chaotic, disorganized, and riddled with inefficiencies. Such an experience leaves a sour taste and reflects poorly on the brand they represent. I strongly urge management to take action by training staff on professionalism, communication skills, and basic problem-solving. For anyone seeking a smooth and respectful experience, I recommend looking elsewhere to avoid the hassle.

The experience for the last 4 times with the Airtel store at JP nagar 7th phase on Kothanur road has been highly commendable. All 4 times it was working with Mr.Mohan - and u will say it was absolutely friendly, highly knowledgeable, extremely patient and also going out of his way to get the work done. The issues were all different - international roaming, eSIM transfer, wireless dongle and eSIM lockout. Every single time Mohan has been extremely helpful and I am highly thankful to him. This has been the experience across my other family members as well. Please keep up this delightful customer focus and engagement

They just lost a potential customer No one at the centre seem to care who enters or who exits the centre. Had been there for a change of network to Airtel. Their behaviour lost a postpaid customer to another network
