Airtel Store

I had a terrible experience at the Airtel shop in HSR Layout. I went there to port my number to Airtel, and the process was a complete mess due to their inefficiency and lack of professionalism. I had to visit the shop three times just for a simple porting request because of their repeated mistakes. To make matters worse, they asked me to come back a fourth time! This level of inconvenience is unacceptable. The staff was not only rude but also lacked basic knowledge about their own services. Their customer support was completely unsatisfactory. After this frustrating ordeal, I decided not to port to Airtel. I strongly advise against visiting this shop if you’re looking for good service. Very disappointing experience!

Very unprofessional and rude staff. Even basic behaviour is terrible. They do not listen. They do not update things properly. One staff tried to threaten also. Very rough and roadside behaviour. Looks like Airtel hiring team has blindly put a few people in the store who neither can communicate properly nor show basic respect to customers. Also... they do not seem to have proper knowledge of their own products. Shame on this store.

I had searching the store from last 25 to 30 minutes store store was not there in this place after that I got to know store Name Plate was not there and also undergoing construction building it's a terrible experience with this airel store No name Plate then how to customers know is it airtel store or ____ horrible experience

The staff was less just one guy managing everything but he was very helpful & solved our problem effectively. The closing time is mentioned as 8pm but the staff said its 7pm so that should be updated accordingly.

They don’t even , deserve one star also staff is looks like very arrogant, not having a proper knowledge to how to handle a customer and didn’t know how to provide service properly. They are just fooling around people.

Worst experience ever in Airtel that the problem was caused by modem after frequent complaints it's not been resolved. I had been with Airtel for 12 plus years and still they failed to resolve. I had recently been to Jio and its really amazing with Jio Fiber for mainly HSR layout 7 th sector.

Excellent customer service. Team members are very polite. Space is neat, clean and organised. Staff come up with ideal solutions and are very helpful.

I visited this store twice to get an IPTV connection using my existing Wi-Fi, but the staff were unable to update my address. They took my contact number and assured me they would call the next day, but I never received any follow-up. The service is disappointing — they seem more interested in selling postpaid SIM cards than in resolving customer issues.

The Airtel Store and Customer Care Centre located at HSR Layout, opposite to Star Bazar in 17th Main, Sector 6, is a nice outlet serving the Airtel Customer. The staff were helpful, viz., Savitha was very helpful and of great support in providing the necessary support and help.

Generally clueless. Thier answer either call 121 or make is run around. Also the manager Rajesh is rude. Thinks himself of a police than solving customer issues.

In this Airtel Store the staff is super fast and helpful! They resolved my queries quickly and efficiently. However, there's a noticeable shortage of staff, which can lead to delays during peak hours. Still, the service is top-notch, and I'd recommend it
