Airtel Store - Sec 37 Faridabad

Poor service and illiterate staff. Despite successful payment they said it has not been credited in their account either wait till they receive payment or pay again in cash. Simple and clear cut example or way to take bribe.

Extremely disappointing experience. This Airtel store is only useful for SIM porting. They do not provide any real solutions for customer problems. The staff just keeps explaining plans instead of resolving issues. Complete waste of time and very frustrating.

if i had an option to give no star then i would have selected that , literally the worst store and the employees working there are not paying attention to their customers and even if they are they are just trying to wind up things fast i came regarding my 5g internet issue and they didn’t even bothered to hear the problem

Just like sarkari Naukri. Not good timing to office open, customer just worried about the problem and staff is just chilling in AC, not a good service provider it's just only using name of Airtel and just enjoying the salary. Hop to change office timing and keep good staff customer is waiting at outside in garmi. And they have no tension

There is no support at all. They also tell us to call customer care. Then why are you sitiing here. Feel help less. they not mean anything to you. These people didn’t solve my problem. They just told you to talk to customer care. We cannot help you. Very disappointed Never visit again. There was some compulsion so I had to come, otherwise I would never have come here.

Very Poor Service 😞 Mai Jio Se Airtel me is liye aaya ki network Thik hoga purani company hai lekin isme aane ke baat mere se logo ki baat tak thik se nahi Hoti coverage area se bahar jyada rahta hai

Sabse bekar store hai yaha sab ac ki hawa khane bethe hai maine apna number port karya tha yaha ek madam hai jo force kar rahi thi postpaid le lo . yaha jo bhi jaye yaad rakhe force krenge postpaid ke liye lakin lena nhi hai uske baad jb mera number port ho gya to first recharge hota hai customer care ne bola jaha se port karya hai waha hoga in logo ne mujhe mislead kia or bola yaha ka koi mtlab nhi hai to aftar sale yaha ki service bahut bekar hai yaha jane se pahle sochna

Very poor service, they are just like autobots, airtel is wasting money on running this store.

I went to this store and poet my sim into airtel and bought 2 new sims with the employee name Neetu… since then I have called her multiple tiles when I am facing problems, she never answers and u texted her and still haven’t got any help… This is my worst experience… I regret why I went in that store and dealt with this Neetu girl… They are not helpful and just want your money….will suggest everyone to not go to this store and don’t take anything from Neetu

Worst Airtel store... pathetic environment...only 1 service provider is present at most times....absurd rude behaviour of staff..

My first visit in bharti airtel store and my experience is very worst staff are very rood behaviour with customer and also senior citizens I will never go again this store and also suggest that anyone never go I never seen before like this behaviour such a with customer staff need to groom herself

My post paid sim was not working so I visited this Airtel Store . They were very helpful and helped me to get New SIM card it took just 10 minutes to complete all process. I am very happy with their quick service.

My prepaid sim in the name of my brother who live far from me and my sim need verification now. What is the process for to update this sim on my name

No support, worst experience ,delaying in kyc,not completed still in more than 24 hr
