در کل، فروشگاه Airtel Store – Goregaon Filmcity در گودلدم دو طرفه‌ست؛ بعضی مشتریان با ریزینا یا روشنی (Roshni) که به‌طور واضح و با لبخند، مشکلاتشان رو حل می‌کنن، تجربه‌ی عالی می‌گیرن و حتی می‌گن “Airtel خوش‌شانس است که چنین پرسنلی داره”، در حالی که دیگران با رفتارهای بی‌ادبانه، صبر‌نشدنی، و حتی تبدیل سیم‌کارت پری‌پاد به پست‌پاد بدون رضایت، ناراضی می‌شن. چند نفر گزارش دادن که ساعت‌ها منتظر می‌مونن، کارهای ساده مثل بروزرسانی KYC یا غیرفعال‌کردن سیم‌کارت، چندین بار باید برن، و حتی در ۴۸ ساعت زمان‌بندی‌شده کار رو انجام نمی‌دن. برخی از پرسنل به‌جای کمک، مشتری رو به مرکز تماس می‌بر

Executive: Rohini is extremely rude to all elders irrespective of their age and makes them wait for hrs. Also she shamelessly back answers to all the customer. She gives a deaf ear to everyone around. I have given an application twice to deactivate my connection and have also complained about the Executive in a letter. But the connection is still not deactivate. Will hold this galary and employee responsible in case of any fraud on the connection. If you have a 10mins work at this Airtel gallery, please take 1 week leave from office. They take hrs for a simple 10min task. They are not at all bothered of the ppl waiting endlessly in line for a small job. Also after waiting for hrs, your task will not be done in the 48hrs TAT. So yea, you ll have to come again for a 10mins job and wait for hrs... So please..do take a week leave from office !!! The staff is slower than snail.

Bakwas experience. Apathetic experience. They can't understand your query. And lady staff is so arrogant. My life worst experience i received. They feel like they are the only knowledgeable person and clint is nothing for them. So bad if your have some query which they can't understand than they will not listen you they jest pass the query to call center. And not even give you the solutions. I m airte customer from last more than 18 year but first time this kind of service i get. If this remake read but any airte highrt authority plz take some serious action on this. I really feel like no i need to port my number with other company if i get this kind of Service from Service center.

Very disappointing experience at Airtel Customer Care, Goregaon East (Opp. Aarey Bhaskar). The executive Roshni was rude, unprofessional, and not interested in resolving my issue. I waited for over 1 hour and still waiting with my 4-year-old child, and instead of helping, she made insensitive remarks about customers visiting on Sundays. This is unacceptable. Airtel must take this seriously. I am really not going to keep this Sim if the service is like this...

Very nice staff. Helpful and knowledgeable. Met Rozina in the store and the experience was very good as compared to other airtel stores. If other airtel stores are denying for some work please try visiting this store and you will surely get a solution

I had gone to the Airtel store for a simple KYC update, but the staff misguided me saying that after KYC, only a billing (postpaid) option is available to restart my SIM. Without my consent, they converted my prepaid SIM to postpaid. When I raised the issue within 24 hours, they refused to revert it back to prepaid, even though Airtel customer care (121/198) says it should be possible through the store. The store staff keep pushing responsibility back and forth, leaving customers helpless. This is unfair practice and misleading customers. Please be careful before trusting what they say at the store.both girls staff very chalak they don't help just they do scam with people by misguiding.DO NOT VISIT THIS AIRTEL GALLERY

Store is small, but well managed. I visited for new Sim card of other region, against lost one. They didn't hv blank sim card of other region readily available. However they took pain to arrange it from other store. Very friendly persons are working there.

Google should consider introducing a 0-star rating for this outlet. The staff is completely unprofessional and lacks basic knowledge of the process. Instead of helping, they repeatedly harass customers with unnecessary visits.

Very Rude staff , I had a very Bad experience with them , They all sit together and ignore the customer's problem instead of solving our problems they Keep making jokes, I was not expecting all this from Airtel. Dear Airtel You need to change your staff immediately or else I have to Port my Sim I guess. These people unnecessarily try to sell postpaid to try to make fraud I had a bad experience!

Really bad service with two women who were really clueless as to why a prepaid sim they gave me wasn’t being activated. No motivation to help or figure it out. They even recommended I go to a retailer and get it fixed there. I then went to the Bandra Airtel store and got EXCELLENT service. Would not recommend this branch.
