Airtel Store - Kurla road Andheri East

They explained all the plans and offers clearly and helped me choose the best option according to my needs. The store is clean, well-organized, and the service is fast even during busy hours. I visited this office near Chakal Metro Station 🚉, the office was opened even after 7 and the staff was helpful but I felt very rude when we went inside and staff 🧑‍💼 were talking to themselves and without even asking the customer how they can help me or anything. It felt like I was not there.

Visited this Airtel store to port my BSNL prepaid SIM to Airtel due to poor BSNL coverage in Mumbai. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The staff at the Airtel store falsely claimed that porting is only possible to a postpaid plan and that I could switch to prepaid later — which was completely untrue. It was clearly an attempt to force customers into costlier postpaid plans for their business benefit. Later, I visited a regular mobile shop, and they helped me port to Airtel prepaid directly without any issues. This clearly shows that the Airtel store staff deliberately mislead customers. Giving false information and forcing unwanted plans is unethical and unacceptable. Very poor customer service and a bad experience overall.

I visited my Airtel sim card issue in Andheri East once with an amazing interior and offers Be clear exactly what you want .. and the staff is very helpful and fast ... good experience .. liked the way some staff members were helping old people and there are great explanations and helping all customers with polite and very friendly towards customer

I went there to do a sim swipe.. I received prompt service from a knowledgeable staff member. Appreciate the quick support. Only 2 minor complaints - the AC was not working efficiently, and they only accepted digital payments and not cash. Had my bank-linked airtel number been inactive, how would I be able to process the online payment for the new sim?!

Small relationship centre from Airtel with limited staff. Internal cordination is poor. Some female employees behaves as if they are only working and their behaviour is completely non friendly and ethical. AC is not working. As limited staff they take more time to handle single customer. Centre is on road with good visibility even in traffic. For payments kiosk is provided. Automatic teller machine is not functioning so staff call token number manually and attend.

The staff there is super friendly and very helpful. I have visited this gallery frequently and have always turned back with a smile on my face. Special thanks to Mr Manoj Suryawanshi for his exceptional and lightning quick service.

These guys can't resolve any issues, for the first time I heard about porting within circle reason explained was for better service. That means Airtel customer from anyother city doesn't get clear network untill customer ports to Mumbai???? very unprofessional behavior by the executives. Because of this store I'm unable to use my 10 yrs old number. I will have to escalated to consumer forum.

I visited for 4G hot spot .. take a token. Wait for ur number . Be clear exactly what you want .. and the staff is very helpful and fast ... good experience .. liked the way some staff members were helping old people

Received the worst service I possibly can. It’s even worse than a government office. They had me visit thrice to get my old SIM card activated and it is still not done. Giving me false deadlines. I’ve made full payment and yet it is not done yet. Staff is extremely unprofessional especially the one named Anita Gauda. I’m appalled with the whole experience. Will port my number as soon as possible and get done with Airtel.

Amazing service given in this store by Ms. Baby who is efficient and knows her job. She quickly resolves issues.

Very bad experience. I can't understand why do you even hire guys who don't know anything. They aren't helpful and he wasted our time. The guy didn't knew anything and he called Airtel support from the Airtel gallery itself claiming to be a customer. What a hypocrisy.

Absolutely horrible service. They are extremely uncooperative and pretend like they had nothing to do with it. This is the 5th time I’m going to their office for a simple issue. The manager and the employees act like they own the world and wouldn’t even help me to solve the issue. The employees also have no concern for the customer. I’m never one to leave a bad review but this place deserves worse. I hope they shut down.

I have very bad experience with this airtel gallery when I visit to change my old prepaid sim card the person who working there and ask me it's prepaid or postpaid paid i sys it's prepaid then he says today not possible to change there is server issue all ever the Bombay they had this message from there company but at the same time same work is done another near by airtel gallery at shanti nagar store mahakali with smily face
