I have been working with Coach Ajith for 2+ years and the results are outstanding. He’s a mentor and guide when it comes to both physical and mental health. He is just not a fitness coach. He diligently tracks your sleep, guide you on how to reduce sugar spikes, shares helpful hints on how to improve sleep cycle. He is always on time for our fitness classes. He also has a good eye in that he focus on the form and help rectify it immediately if you are out of form. He can get technical if you want to go deep in understanding the body parts and metabolism but at the same time helps you understand the mechanics in layman terms. While working out, he is very patient and shows high dedication. Such dedication comes because of his passion to make a difference to his clients, one client at a time. Ajith is also a spiritual guide as well who helps to grow internally (meditation, life hacks, food choices etc.) and his tactics and tips have helped me immensely.

Have been working out with Ajith for a year now and I am extremely happy with the results. I had a ACL + MCL reconstruction surgery and even after doing Physio for 6-10 months I couldn’t recover completely. But Ajith changed things completely and I can now run , play and do everything. His workout is different from others and don’t expect quick changes. Give it time and see the magic happen. For the first time I met someone who focuses so much on sleep and breathing patterns. His understanding of human body and how it functions is too good which creates so much difference when you workout. Highly recommend him !

Ajith's sessions are very informative! He has a very good knowledge of the body mechanics and explains every movement and workout in detail so that we understand why we're doing what we're doing! I was a regular Isha Hatha Yoga practitioner untill I met with an accident in 2018. I underwent a knee implant surgery in 2018. All my physical activities came to a halt. It took close to 8 to 10 months to recover. Although I got the implant removed in 2019, I was recommended not to do any rigours activities as it may further the knee replacement sooner. But things have taken a complete turn after my training with Ajith. Ajith's training is holistic in nature. It's not about sweating for hours. He gives you indepth insights on anatomy, breathing, food and sleep. He is very patient, composed, keeps motivating and brings in new innovating element in every session.
