Great experience at Ajman Medical Center. My mother is currently being treated here, and the level of care is exceptional. Dr. Irfan Bashir (Orthopedic) has been wonderful in overseeing her condition with genuine care and passion, while Dr. Shumaila Amjad provides fantastic, dedicated physiotherapy sessions that are making a real difference. The staff is professional and always ready to help, the environment is welcoming, and the prices are very reasonable. Truly a blessing to have such accommodating doctors looking after my mother. Thank you!

I highly recommend Dr. Azzam, a specialist in Urology. My experience with him has been outstanding. Dr. Azzam is an exceptionally knowledgeable and thorough physician. He takes the time to listen intently and carefully inquires about every concern the patient has, ensuring a complete understanding of the symptoms and medical history. What truly sets him apart is his remarkable patience and excellent bedside manner. He is incredibly cooperative and genuinely goes the extra mile to reassure his patients, addressing their anxieties with a calm and comforting demeanor. His long-term view and willingness to spend ample time with the patient make the entire experience incredibly reassuring and comfortable. The way he interacts with patientshis warm welcome and professional, yet relaxed approachis simply wonderful and puts you immediately at ease. He is truly a top-tier specialist who combines deep medical expertise with exceptional human care.

I attended this clinic solely to obtain a sick leave certificate, as it is more cost-effective. I already have a primary doctor managing my care. Unfortunately, attending was a waste of time. The doctor did not listen, and the reception staff were unhelpful and unprofessional. This experience was frustrating and unnecessary. In future, I will attend a proper hospital instead.

Another thing is that many people here are jealous, but I did not receive any money for promotion. I swear I am saying this only from a humanitarian point of view. Finding a doctor you can truly trust is everything, and Dr. Salma Abdalla is that doctor. She has a wonderful bedside manner that is both calming and reassuring. She remembers personal details from previous visits and makes you feel like you're her only patient. She managed my hypertension with great expertise and was very patient with all my questions. Her approach is collaborative, and I always leave her office feeling confident in my care plan. The wait times are minimal, and her team is excellent. A truly five-star experience.

Extremely unprofessional service. I waited for nearly 30 minutes at the clinic without being attended to, while the reception staff were busy using their phones instead of doing their job. This is unacceptable behavior for a medical facility where patients’ time and health should be a priority. Very poor management and customer service. I do not recommend this clinic at all.

I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment regarding my visit to the clinic on Wednesday with my four-month-old daughter. Having been a loyal patient at this facility for the past seven years, I am saddened to report that the level of professionalism and customer service has declined significantly. During my visit, I waited for over three hours, which is unacceptable for an infant. Furthermore, I encountered a lack of basic competence from the staff, including an inability to properly pronounce my daughter's name. The overall experience was so disorganized that I eventually felt compelled to leave the clinic without the required prescription. While Dr. Ijaz was kind enough to call me afterward and provide the prescription via WhatsApp, this does not address the underlying operational failures. Providing individual workarounds after a patient has already left in frustration is not a sustainable solution. The clinic must address the root causes of these long queues and the unprofessional attitude of the staff to ensure this does not happen to other families. Due to this experience, I no longer feel comfortable continuing my care at this facility. I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve the service for your remaining patients.

Failure to Issue Attested Sick Leave & Poor Clinical/Administrative Handling I attended Ajman Medical Centre to obtain an attested sick leave, a straightforward administrative request which I paid for in full. Despite this, I have still not received the attested sick leave, nor any update on its status. I was initially seen by a gynaecologist, assuming this would be appropriate as I am currently 34 weeks pregnant. From the outset, I clearly explained that I did not require medical care, investigations, or pregnancy follow-up, as I am already under the care of my consultant at Saudi German Hospital, where all my scans, tests, and antenatal care are fully up to date. I explained that I was attending Ajman Medical Centre solely to obtain a sick leave, as it is cheaper and I expected the process to be quicker. Unfortunately, the gynaecologist did not listen to what I was explaining and was unable to correctly calculate or acknowledge my gestational age, despite me providing a letter clearly stating my pregnancy dates and weeks. I repeatedly clarified how many weeks pregnant I am, yet this was dismissed. This raised serious concerns for me regarding basic competency and communication. After wasting a significant amount of time, I was then informed by the insurance team that my insurance allegedly “does not cover pregnancy.” This is incorrect. I have been using this same insurance policy consistently for the past eight months for pregnancy-related care at multiple clinics and at my hospital. I am fully aware of my policy coverage and attempted to explain this, but once again, I was not listened to. I was initially asked to pay out of pocket instead of using insurance, and despite raising concerns, the situation ended the same way. This contradiction and lack of understanding from the insurance and administrative team is extremely concerning. Due to this, I then went to see a general practitioner to attempt to obtain the sick leave again. After finally seeing the general doctor, I was only given a non-attested sick leave from the reception, despite paying specifically for an attested one. I was sent away without confirmation that the attestation request had even been processed. As of now, I am still waiting, with no communication or update, and I am concerned that the request may not have been submitted at all. At 34 weeks pregnant, this experience was unnecessarily distressing, time-wasting, and unacceptable. What should have been a simple administrative task turned into a prolonged and frustrating ordeal due to poor listening, disorganisation, and lack of accountability from both medical and administrative staff.

We visited Ajman Medical Center for my daughter’s eye check with Dr. Rana. She is a very kind and caring doctor who handled my daughter with great patience and professionalism. Her behavior was gentle and friendly, which made my daughter feel very comfortable during the checkup. I truly appreciate the care and highly recommend Dr. Rana for anyone looking for an eye specialist.

Dr. Geetika, the pediatric is very friendly and kind. Her room is very calming. Plenty of toys to distract the kids. Very colorful and reassuring room. Her nurse suchitra is very patient and considerate to the family too. Was really lovely to be served by them

Extremely pathetic, horrible, and ugly—not just the place, but their service from start to finish is absolute garbage. This place is a stain on the name of a 'medical center'; such medical centers shouldn't even exist. Their customer service is an absolute zero, everything is zero. I had an extremely bad experience here.
