هتل خوبي بود ولي ساحل شني نداره و تماما صخره اي بود. رفتار پرسنل و اتاقها خوب بود. پارك ابيش براي مهمانها مجاني و سرگرم كننده بود. نزديكيش به شهر خوب بود. بزرگترين ايرادش نداشتن ساحل است. و همينطور هيچ نوشيدني حتي اب مجاني نيست.

Mi experiencia en Akra Hotel fue realmente maravillosa y definitivamente uno de esos lugares que hacen que un viaje se vuelva todavía más especial. Desde el primer momento me sentí muy bienvenida; el hotel es hermoso, cómodo, impecablemente limpio y con una atención increíble en cada detalle. Todo se siente cuidado, cálido y pensado para que realmente puedas descansar y disfrutar. Quiero hacer un reconocimiento muy especial al restaurante, porque honestamente la comida fue de las mejores experiencias del viaje. Todo absolutamente delicioso, con una variedad impresionante y una calidad espectacular. Cada comida se sentía preparada con muchísimo cuidado y fue algo que disfruté muchísimo todos los días. También quiero agradecer especialmente a Fátima, quien estuvo a cargo de mi habitación. Siempre fue extremadamente amable, tierna y cálida conmigo. Su atención, dedicación y linda actitud hicieron mi estancia todavía más especial y humana. Personas así realmente hacen la diferencia. Me voy profundamente agradecida con todo el equipo por hacerme sentir tan bien cuidada. Sin duda, Akra Hotel merece el gran reconocimiento que tiene. Un lugar top top al que felizmente volvería.

We had a wonderful stay at Akra Hotel Antalya and would definitely return. Our sea-view room was spacious, elegant, impeccably clean, and equipped with a well-stocked minibar. Complimentary water, tea, and coffee were replenished daily. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was relaxed and welcoming, with a pleasant mix of international and local guests. We loved the private cliff beach, the beautiful pools, the hammam, sauna, steam bath, fitness center, and the social club with live music and great cocktails. The sunset views from the terraces were simply stunning. The food was outstanding. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner every day, and the buffet offered an impressive variety of fresh and delicious dishes. The patisserie deserves a special mention – I normally don’t eat many sweets, but the cakes and pastries were so good that I made an exception almost every day. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and walking paths nearby. We also used the hotel bicycles to ride into the Old Town, which is only a few minutes away. We stayed for 12 days and could easily have stayed longer. Highly recommended ♥️

Akra Hotel'de balayımız için konakladık ve son derece memnun ayrıldık. Girişten itibaren gösterilen ilgi, odamız için yapılan süsleme ve ikramlar bizim için çok güzel bir jest oldu. Bu konuda emeği geçen tüm ekibe teşekkür ederiz. Otel, Antalya'da tercih edilebilecek en iyi şehir otellerinden biri. Yemek çeşitliliği gerçekten etkileyiciydi. Ana yemeklerden tatlılara kadar oldukça geniş bir seçenek sunuluyor ve lezzet konusunda da beklentilerin üzerine çıkıyor. Özellikle tatlı büfesi ve farklı mutfak seçenekleri dikkat çekiciydi. Tesis içerisinde farklı konseptlerde restoran ve kafelerin bulunması da önemli bir avantaj. İster Asmani'de ister Pablito'da vakit geçirerek farklı deneyimler yaşayabiliyorsunuz. Spor salonu, masaj ve wellness alanlarına erişim oldukça kolay ve kullanışlı. Havuzların temizliği, ortak alanların düzeni ve genel tesis kalitesi de üst seviyedeydi. Deniz tarafında klasik kum plaj yerine falez yapısına uygun olarak platformdan denize giriş sağlanıyor. Bu durum bizim için sorun oluşturmadı ancak kum plaj tercih eden misafirler için bilinmesi faydalı olabilir. Ücretsiz otopark, bisiklet hizmetleri ve tesis içerisindeki olanakların çeşitliliği konaklamamızı daha da keyifli hale getirdi. Hizmet kalitesi, yemekleri, tesis imkanları ve konumu ile tekrar tercih etmek isteyeceğimiz, Antalya'nın en başarılı şehir otellerinden biri olduğunu düşünüyoruz.

Schon bei der Ankunft beginnt die Erholungsphase, man fühlt es, es wird ein sehr schöner Urlaub in Akra Sorgun in Antalya ! Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Service- Zimmer- Essen-Freizeit Aktivitäten so vieles fantastisch. Schade dass man nicht mehr als 5 Sterne vergeben kann. Das ganze Personal war unglaublich herzliche und hilfsbereit. Unsere Dank gilt natürlich für das ganze Personal dennoch habe ich mir paar Namen gemerkt : Herr Alaettin und Frau Fehiman die uns beim Essen jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen hat. Unsere Zimmer Fee Frau Yildiz Karalar und Frau Nazli vielen Dank für die makellos saubere Zimmer. Ein großes Kompliment an die Küche u.a die mit Reis gefüllte Birne !!! Service unglaublich herzlich und professionell !Dank und liebe Grüße an Herr Ali. Die morgendliche Fitness-Yoga-Pilates mit Herr Abdul bei traumhaften Meerblick und Bogenschießen mit einem sehr gut gelaunten Herr Muhammed hat unseren Traumurlaub perfekt abgerundet. A warm and memorable stay with excellent service, wellness facilities, and the charming presence of Akra’s outdoor cats. We had a wonderful stay at Akra Antalya, Turkey, in a Deluxe Sea View room during our family reunion trip. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable, and the service throughout the hotel was consistently kind, professional, and welcoming. The dining experience was truly outstanding. The half-board buffet at breakfast and dinner offered excellent variety and quality each day, and the dining staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay. We were also very appreciative of the helpful and accommodating reception team, especially when assisting us with a room change after the first night to a higher floor with improved light and a better partial sea and mountain view. Another highlight of the stay was the wellness area. We especially enjoyed the steam bath, Turkish bath, sauna, and swimming pool facilities, which added greatly to the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. For us personally, one of the most memorable and touching parts of the stay was the presence of the stray cats around the outdoor areas of the hotel. While they are not allowed indoors, they added warmth, character, and a unique sense of connection to the environment. The Akra cats became a meaningful part of our experience and brought us a great deal of joy during our stay. Overall, we had a very positive and memorable experience and would happily recommend Akra Antalya for its hospitality, comfort, wellness facilities, dining experience, and beautiful atmosphere.

Baştan sona her şey tek kelimeyle mükemmeldi! Otelin manzarası, konforu ve temizliği zaten çok güzeldi ama benim için bu deneyimi asıl unutulmaz kılan kesinlikle çalışanların inanılmaz ilgisi ve güler yüzü oldu. Kendimi başından sonuna kadar çok rahat ve özel hissettim. Özellikle teşekkür etmek istediğim harika insanlar var: Giriş yaptığım ilk andan itibaren beni muhteşem bir enerjiyle karşılayan ve her konuda çok yardımcı olan resepsiyondan Merve, İslam ve İhsan'a çok teşekkür ederim. Restoranda benimle harika ilgilenen, hızı ve nezaketiyle keyif katan garsonumuz Ali'ye de ayrıca teşekkürler. Ein absoluter Traum – Bestes Frühstück und Wahnsinns-Ausblick! Dieses Hotel konnte uns in allen Punkten vollends überzeugen: Lage & Aussicht: Die Lage mit dem Blick auf das Meer und das Gebirge ist ein absoluter Traum. Mein Tipp: Unbedingt ein Zimmer mit Meerblick buchen – hier zahlt sich jeder Cent als Aufpreis aus! Service: Freundlichkeit und Service lassen keine Wünsche offen; man fühlt sich jederzeit bestens umsorgt. Zustand: Ausstattung und Sauberkeit waren durchweg positiv. Poolanlage: Ein weiteres Highlight! Die vier Pools bieten ausreichend Liegeplätze und von überall hat man diesen traumhaften Blick auf Palmen, Meer und Berge. Kulinarik: Das Frühstück war unglaublich – persönlich würde ich sagen, es war das beste, das ich bisher erleben durfte. Eine wahnsinnige Auswahl, alles super frisch und ansprechend angerichtet. Besonders toll sind die langen Frühstückszeiten (06:30 bis 12:00 Uhr). Wellness & Sport: Das Hallenbad und das Fitnessstudio runden das Gesamtpaket hervorragend ab. Fazit: Eine ganz klare Weiterempfehlung! Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen.

Akra Hotel👍🇹🇷 Konaklam boyunca her şey mükemmeldi. Özellikle otelin temizliği, konumu, yemekleri ve sunduğu hizmetler çok başarılıydı. Personelin güler yüzlü ve yardımsever olması tatilimizi daha da keyifli hale getirdi. Resepsiyonda görev yapan Güven Bey’e ayrıca teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Kendisi son derece profesyonel, nazik ve misafirlerle çok ilgili bir çalışan. Her sorunumla yakından ilgilendi ve bana her konuda yardımcı oldu. Böyle değerli çalışanlar bir otelin kalitesini ortaya koyuyor. Akra Antalya’da unutulmaz bir tatil geçirdim En kısa zamanda tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyorum Herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim. В Турции, а именно в Анталии, это очень неплохой вариант отеля. Цены не в сезон более умеренные, очень качественная еда, если брать завтрак, обед и ужин по программе шведского стола. Персонал отеля хороший и внимательный. Видно, что отелем занимаются администраторы и следят за качеством. Хороший вид, удобное расположение, есть дополнительные рестораны с хорошим видом. Бассейн есть тёплый, с выходом на улицу. Хорошая сауна, спорт зал и даже кафе для любителей здоровой еды и напитков за дополнительную оплату. Номера чистые. Отдельное спасибо, за приветсвенные напитки в номер. Сервис паркинга понравился, это удобно. Из минусов, также отмечу, что нужно улучшить детскую комнату и уделять больше внимание детям, в номере был один набор с зубной щёткой. Не смогли сделать поздний чекап, хотя просили с вечера. Вынуждены были сидеть в лобби отеля до самолёта. Очень не понравился ресторан Pablito, столики вечно заняты, много местных кто просто курит и пьёт кофе на улице, покушать там сложно и чистота хромает, как и персонал в нём.

⸻ My husband and I stayed at Akra Hotel while we were in Turkey for dental work, and our experience was truly exceptional. We’re visiting from Canada, and since we could only eat soft foods after our procedures, we were a bit concerned about dining. The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. Every restaurant we visited was incredibly understanding when we explained our situation, and they made sure we had suitable options. That level of care really stood out and made a big difference in our stay. The rooms are modern, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable—we felt completely at ease throughout our visit. The ambiance of the hotel is absolutely stunning, and the views of the Mediterranean Sea are breathtaking. We also loved the coffee bar in the lounge, which offers a great selection of food and delicious desserts—it’s such a nice touch. Overall, this is truly a 5-star hotel experience. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Antalya

Antalyanın en eski ve kült otellerinden olan Dedeman’ın yenilenmiş hali Akra Antalya. Konum olarak falezlerin üstünde denize 0 harika bir konumu var. Caddeden direkt girdiğinizde sizi otelin otoparkı karşılıyor yönlendirmeler ile ledli tabelalarda size otoparkları ve doluluk oranları gösteriyor. İsterseniz valeye de bırakıyorsunuz makul bir ücreti var valenin. Otoparkı dışarıdan kullanmak isterseniz ilk saati ücretsiz kalan saatleri ücretli. Ama otel misafiri iseniz resepsiyona plakanızı verince herhangi bir ücret ödemiyorsunuz. Biz 14 Şubatta konakladık. Resepsiyon yoğun ve kalabalık olmasına rağmen Berk Bey bizim işlemlerimizi hızlı bir şekilde halletti ve kartımızı verdi. Gerekli bilgilendirmeler ve yardımları için de ayrıca ona teşekkür etmek isterim. Asansörden odalara kart okutarak çıkıyorsunuz. Biz 7. Kattaydık ve harika bir manzarası vardı. Hem sabah hem gecesi ayrı ayrı çok güzeldi. Daha önce Akra Sorgun’da da konaklamıştık ve Akra kalitesi gerçekten başka. Odalar çok büyük, temiz ve misafir için her şey düşünülmüştü. 14 Şubat olduğu için bazı ikramlarda bulundular. İkramlar için de teşekkür ederiz. Minibar var qr okutarak fiyat listesine ulaşım sağlayabilirsiniz. Su, çay ve kahveleri ücretsiz. Gün içerisinde isterseniz mini bar dolumu yapılıyor. Herhangi bir sorunda 8000’i arayıp çözebiliyorsunuz. Sabah kahvaltıları açık büfe ve bir çok çeşit var. Çay ve portakal suyunu garson arkadaşlar getiriyor. Ben daha istemeden tekrar içmek ister misiniz diye soruyorlar böylelikle sürekli seslenmek zorunda kalmıyorsunuz. Omlet yapan arkadaşım çok yetenekli izlerken büyülüyor adeta. Gece sessizdi duvarların yalıtımı güzeldi. Biz dışarıdan yedik ama otelde yemek isterseniz bu konuda birden fazla restoranları ve çeşitleri var. Genel olarak herhangi bir sorunla karşılaşmadık. Hizmetleri için çalışan arkadaşlarıma teşekkür ederim.

I am very disappointed with my experience at Akra Hotel. As a returning guest, I expected better customer service and consideration regarding my room concerns. The room I was assigned had significant noise issues, which negatively affected my stay. When I raised the problem, I was hoping for understanding and assistance. Instead, Shakoor was argumentative and dismissive rather than trying to find a reasonable solution. The interaction made me feel that my concerns were not valued, despite my loyalty as a repeat guest. While the hotel itself has many positive qualities, customer service is a major part of the guest experience. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled left a very negative impression. I hope management takes guest feedback more seriously and provides better support to returning customers in the future.

A very modern and spotless hotel with extremely comfortable rooms and a breathtaking view over both the sea and the mountains, truly memorable. The restaurants are excellent and reasonably priced, offering great value for quality. The gym and indoor pool are huge, clean, and very comfortable, making the facilities a real highlight of the stay. While the staff at the gym could be a bit more welcoming, the overall hotel team is attentive, kind, and provides a wonderful experience.

I recently visited Akra Barut Hotel and Life Co., and overall had a very good experience. The hotel’s location was excellent, the lobby staff responded quickly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable The massages were great, but the nurse at Life Co. was a bit childish and unprofessional, constantly looking at her phone, which was uncomfortable. Both Life Co.’s restaurant and Pablito were excellent. The waiters were friendly and attentive, and the chefs’ cooking was delicious .Pablito was very good as well, though it was quite crowded However, the fitness manager was never around, and the female assistant was inattentive. I really did not expect such unprofessional behavior at places like Akra Barut and Life Co. Overall, I am satisfied with most things and I would definitely come back to Akra Barut Hotel As for Life Co I’m not sure I would return because of the nurse, but I would still visit the restaurant for food or purchase a massage Thank you for everything, and I hope you can resolve the fitness and nurse issues. The nurse, in particular was a major issue after all a nurse should take their job seriously, but she was childish

I had a very mixed experience at this hotel. While the property itself is quite nice—with good amenities, a great location, and many friendly staff members (especially reception, concierge, and housekeeping) In the Urban chic Lounge, a staff member named Engin displayed what felt like discriminatory behavior. Despite the lounge being a premium service, I noticed a clear difference in how certain guests were treated. He appeared attentive and welcoming to some, while seemingly ignoring or being dismissive toward others, including us. when asking for room numbers, some staff members approach felt selective and unnecessarily aggressive, almost as if it was judging who “belonged” based on appearance. As a guest, this created a very uncomfortable atmosphere. Staff in premium areas should be trained to treat all guests with equal respect and professionalism, regardless of race, background, or appearance. This kind of behavior has no place in hospitality. It’s a shame, because otherwise the hotel has a lot going for it. However, experiences like this really impact the overall impression. I hope management takes this seriously and provides better training to ensure all guests are treated fairly and respectfully.

We have been to Akra for a week in the beginning of April and we really enjoyed our stay. For this time of the year, when the sea is too cold to swim, Akra's spa facilities, saunas and heated pools were perfect. (Even though I would prefer for them to be heated a bit more. The water temperature in the indoor pool was +28 and the air +25. You need a swimming hat in the indoor pool). We also enjoyed time in the sun loungers outside. We didn't get the food package and instead ate at the nearby Shakespeare cafe, Big Man or in the city center. It was easy to get to the center with a bus or a taxi. We really liked the service in the hotel and the concierges (guest relations). The sea view was great too. If I had to think hard and find a minus I would say that the food in Pablito restaurant was overpriced and not too tasty for my personal taste. The cocktails were great though. We are planning to come back in the summer sometime and enjoy the swimming in the sea as well. It's a great combination for people like us, who want to combine swimming, a bit of nature and enjoying the big city.
