I have been sourcing small electronics tools and consumables like multimeter fine probes, soldering bits, silicone adhesives, etc. from AKT, and the overall experience has been consistently good. What I specifically liked is the quality of the probes and soldering tips. The multimeter probes are quite precise and suitable for fine-pitch work on PCBs, which is important if you’re dealing with compact circuits. Similarly, the soldering bits have decent thermal stability and don’t wear out quickly, even with regular use. The silicone glue quality is also reliable — good adhesion and proper curing without unnecessary mess, which is often a problem with low-grade products. The seller seems knowledgeable about what they are selling and doesn’t push unnecessary items. Overall, a dependable place for electronics-related tools and materials. They just need to fix their website and app, it has lots of bugs. It takes quite a while just to checkout 😊

Worst machine and services, Had purchased a machine of 1.44 Lakhs. Firstly, delivered the wrong machine, then the staff argued for not taking the machine back. Then after 4 weeks got delivered a machine which is old and faulty. Now the staff is not picking up the call. Very bad experience , they are only money minded. Please do not purchase from here.

They have some good deals at their site but be warned that their after sales service and issue resolution are very poor to say the least. I have ordered from their site a few times before but this time for a order of ~700 there was some technical issue that "corrupted"/changed the order to some random things costing thousands of rupees causing a discrepancy and they didn't even tell me that there is some issue that is causing the delay in shipping and after weeks of waiting I had to contact them asking for shipping delay and then they revealed this to me and because I couldn't wait that long I got my things locally meanwhile instead of relying on these people so I simply requested that I understand there was some technical issues on your side so please refund to the original source but even after that they took a few more days just to refund into their meme wallet thing . What is this behaviour, have some integrity. sigh! So if your order goes well great, you get a pen and notebook with ads 🥰 but if fortune fails you then you are at your own.

This time akt tools disappointed me very much I was also a student in 2021-22 batch in android and iphone few days back I went there and purchased a machine when I came back to Lucknow I opened it up and connected it but was not working.the after sales service is very poor and the attitude of the staff specially Mr.ranjan I tried contacting Mr keshav bharti sir but call was on forwarding so he doesn't pick call.I am very much disappointed 😞 with there team and support and will not recommend anyone to purchase expensive tools or machine from there.right now I am also thinking to save 1-2 thousand I have purchased from here it's my biggest mistake

!!! Beware !!! Fraud! Looters!....) This company is nothing but a scam. They sell defective products and don’t even have the basic capability to deliver or pick them up properly. Totally unprofessional and immature. They use Porter for delivery, but don’t even provide the correct address to the delivery guy. The poor delivery person called me saying my location ended at “Chattarpur Mandir” — seriously? I live in Chattarpur Enclave. Because of their stupidity, I had to pay extra to get the item delivered, which turned out to be a useless, non-working electric screwdriver. When I asked for a replacement, they flatly refused, saying it’s not their policy. Instead, they expect customers to courier the defective product at our own cost for repair. That means we end up paying three times — once for buying, again for delivery, and again for sending it back. What a shameless scam! Their customer care team is equally pathetic — zero manners, full of lies, and only know how to fool customers day after day. This company is harassing customers openly and looting them under the name of “technology.” Request to others: Don’t fall into this trap. Avoid this fraudulent company at all costs.

This company is a gang of scammers and fraudsters. They sell defective junk and have zero capability in handling deliveries or customer issues. Totally immature, careless, and shameless. In short, they make customers pay three times — once for buying, again for delivery, and then for sending it back. This is open cheating, pure daylight robbery. Their so-called customer care team is a bigger joke — liars with zero manners, trained only to harass and fool customers. Every single word they say is a lie. These crooks have no shame in looting people and then hiding behind fake policies. ⚠️ WARNING: Don’t even think of buying from this fraud company unless you want to waste your money, your time, and your peace of mind. They are nothing but scammers, liars, and looters hiding under the mask of technology.

Worst service ever , I got a microscope camera from Them from their website. Which costed me around 6000 rupees. The camera arrived within a few days I was so excited to work with that but go to see it was a faulty piece which never worked the same minute I contacted the sales team and they gave me contact from the service team but those people didn't even reply to me properly for 2 days and after constantly calling them they told me to send a parcel and I did as they asked the parcel reached them in a few days and after reaching they sent a picture saying parcel recieved but no reply about my product and it's been more then a week when I call them they shout and say it's gonna take 1 week to check. Worst service ever and it's a brand new product I should get a replacement product for it and not a repaired camera and instead they say there's no warranty for it , but it's a brand new camera these people send you faulty things then later act as if it's your problem I'll suggest you never purchase anything from this people ever again.

Poor experience as a first time buyer. Placed order for touch glass items and the executive sends a bill for touch panel saying I ordered touch panels and not glass when I clearly have the whatsapp conversation as proof. They are not ready to accept their mistakes. Purchase from them only if you go in person and not through any other means. I had to call them up, not knowing whom to talk to and to who I was talking to, and argue though I wasn't seeking any solution as they were not ready to accept their mistake and I just wanted the management to take notice of this issue. Sadly I had made the payment in advance. PS: This is in response to your request seeking my contact number, I am ready to share your executive's number who had argument with me. Check your cash estimate invoice number Sat/Sep684-22-2 prepared on 10/09/22 at 11.04am though I am unsure of the numer that follows Sep as the image is blurry in the corners. Your executive is still coming up with various excuses rather accepting the mistake and is still blaming me.

Very bad experience as a first time buyer. Received multimeter with defective test leads. Shared video on request but AK info tools declined to send replacement test leads just for Rs. 45/- courier charges. If the person replying the massages is the owner, please check my tickets which were closed without any resolution. If you need courier charges just call me. Update after reply received from the owner on 27th Jan'21 I have had conversation many times with your team but they are only tried to fool me by asking to purchase more products worth Rs. 777/- (your minimum billing amount) in order to receive the defective test leads delivered with the multimeter. Please check the ticket no #3487 and talk to Ms. Kajal. I also have recorded WhatsApp massage sent by your team telling me to order again. Please stop this fraudulent activities and harrassing your customer.

After sale service support very very irritating CO2 laser cutting machine sarver faild last ten days no body given setisfy response. Total money waist because machine not operating Customer taking return money .

A group of cheats....I ordered some solder paste in a syringe with needles. They send the same in a plastic bottle. Very bad service. Can't contact them over phone or not responding to WhatsApp messages. Don't burn your fingers...keep away from them.
