As there are staff who even dont know what to do when clients approach them, they should be trained before they attend any clients.

I would give a zero rate if I could. I register a case as per their advice regarding my situation. They told me it will cost 400-500dhs. After the whole typing was done they sent me a link with a payment of 1400dhs! They lied to me straight in my face. Now it turned out they didn’t register the case in the right court department and it’s being transferred. And I have to pay another 250 dhs for the transfer! No one responds on WhatsApp numbers they gave me. They keep telling me different prices all the time and at the end I pay 3 times more than what they told me. One person says one thing, another one says something else. No straight forward information. No clarity!! Also, I’m here third time, the first 2 times I waited 40 minutes for my turn. Today I came by 8am thinking to get my turn faster before a crowd forms, there are barely any people here, but I’m waiting for 1 hour already, people keep gathering and gathering, there are just 2 counters open! And after every customer they take break for 15 minutes or they just walk around and chat without calling tokens!!! Most of 5-star ratings for this place are either fake or just probably from the employees themselves just to keep the rating high.

Based on my experience with Al Adheed – Al Rashidiya branch while filing my first civil case in the UAE. From day one, I faced ongoing difficulties, lack of guidance, and almost no communication. I experienced repeated issues with the payment link, documentation submission, follow up etc. Communication was extremely poor throughout the process. Calls and messages were not returned, and I had to repeatedly follow up, take time off work, and visit the branch in person just to seek basic updates. I was told that support could be provided through online meetings, which I booked multiple times — unfortunately, no one ever joined or followed up. Overall, this was a very frustrating and stressful experience. I strongly believe clients should receive clear guidance and timely communication, especially in legal matters. Based on my experience, I would advise others to be cautious when choosing this branch, as you may be left to manage the process alone.

I had a terrible experience with Mr. Mohammed Elshabrawi. He was unresponsive, inattentive, and constantly on his phone during our interaction. He yawned repeatedly in my face, showing a lack of interest in helping me. If he was not in the right mindset to assist customers, he should have taken a break and let another staff member take over. His behavior wasted my time as I had taken time off from my work and waited for nearly an hour.

خدمة الواتساب مانصح اي شخص يستخدمها قبل تخلص امورك من الواتساب والحين تدخل موقع وتاخذ موعد عشان شخص يكلمك وطبعا يطنشونك لانة الخدمة اقل من متوقع واذا تبي تشتكي بعد مافي رد

بصراحه اسوء مركز و محتاج المتسوق السري نحن رحنا نسوي معاملة اسمها اصرفو نصيبي من التركة .. نحن كنا 10 اشخاص رسوم المعامله 31.50 درهم ، المفروض كبار المواطنين ما يدفعون و معانا شخصين من كبار المواطنين و دفعوهم و في ناس اخذو منهم ٦٣ درهم و في حد دفع ١٥٠ و في شخص دفعوه ٣٠٠ درهم و يوم سال و قال ليش و لما بدأ يتنرفز الموظف تأسف و قال له اسف خذنا بالغلط ، و إهمال في خدمة الناس و تعالي في رسوم الخدمات و هذا يدل علي ان الموظفين ياخذون مبالغ رسوم خدمات و المفروض تكون اقل او في ناس ما يدفعون رسوم و الموظفين يدخلون المعاملات دبل او يدخلون غلط علشان نرجع مره ثانيه و ندفع و هذا شغل غيل قانوني و هذا المركز يحتاج المتسوق السري لان و يحتاج شكوي لان لما كلمنا المديره و المديره قعدت تبرر للموظفين و ما تبي تقول انهم غلطانين

خدمة العملاء تستأهل 10 تحت الصفر ، تروح المركز لازم تاخذ قيلولة 5 ساعات لين يجي دورك. تحجز موعد أونلاين يخبروك الساعة 3 يرسلك رسالة على الواتس آب الساعة 6 المسا ويخبرك دقايق وبتصل فيك ولا يتصل ، اقسم بالله أسوء مركز وأسوء خدمة مرت في حياتي والأسوء منهم خدمة العملاء أو الشكاوي ايضاً ما حدا يرد 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
