Never take the bus from Al Ain to Dubai. The token system for boarding buses to Dubai is very poorly managed - tokens are not given properly or in a fair order and seem to be handed out randomly. When we asked staff about it, they were rude and unhelpful, which made the experience even more frustrating. Also, if you are coming from Dubai, don’t expect to tap your card like usual - they still rely on cash payments, which feels outdated and inconvenient. Overall, a very bad experience.

Buses are comfortable and always on time. Convenient. Noticed few of the passenger take the bus to travel to the Abu Dhabi and Dubai International airport.

Al Ain Bus Station is clean and well-maintained. The bus timings (Bus No: E201), including those to Dubai( Al Ghubaiba Bus Station), are punctual. The station staff and coordinators are friendly and very helpful, making the overall experience pleasant.

Very clean terminal. But around the terminal, it's not good, means just a local place.

Experience of new bus from Abu dhabj to Al Ain , bus 40aed is too much for normal level peoples , also not worth for 40 aed the seating is too worse than the previous cushion seating. Also taking long time to reach even though if there is no traffic. Over all need to reduce the ticket fair as 30 aed.

Station is small. Important thing is, for every one hour there is bus to Dubai. In case your bus is full you need to wait another hour. People are rushing to pick their spot which is annoying. No proper organization by the security. Make sure you rush to pick your spot else you need to wait another hour. Luckly i got one seat for my travel. Bus seating space is poor

The bus service operating in between Abu Dhabi and Al Ain is utterly pathetic, no leg room, buses are disgusting and they are not maintained and they are chinese garbage and in event of an accident or a collision you will lose your legs, while traveling in this bus you will feel like you are in a third world african country operated by thugs, the constant shaking of the bus and inexperienced driving would make you religious even if you are an atheist.

Never take a bus to Muscat from here!! I went to the main bus terminal in Abu Dhabi to book a bus ticket but they told me the bus from Abu Dhabi to Muscat was full, so I was suggested to take a X90 bus from Abu Dhabi to here and catch the international bus from here. The 202 bus arrived more than an hour late and the staff told me the ticket price was 150 AED, when the official fare was supposed to be 55 AED. The bus ticket we got said 8.50 OMR, which is around ~81 AED, which also didn't make sense. The bus arrived in Muscat more than two hours later than the scheduled time. The bus was packed and there was not much to see on the way, either. I highly recommend taking an hour flight, instead of wasting money and a whole day on the scammers.

Well maintained, clean area. There are enough seats available in waiting area. Private busses (Al Gazal Transport) are available every 20 minutes from Al Ain Bus station to Al Gubaiba, Dubai till 11:30 PM
