Al Alis Hardware & Building Materials Shop

This store is absolutely great! I had been searching for specific door knobs for a long time and 99% of the shops I contacted wouldn't even bother to help. But this particular shop left me highly impressed! Firstly, they replied quickly on WhatsApp and offered choices. Secondly, they even arranged next-day delivery. I'm really happy with their service. The management and owners have done a great job by employing such amazing and helpful people!

I went to the store and it was closed. I called to inquire when they would reopen and was told in 2 hours. However I was asked if I was at the shop (which I was still there). I was asked to wait a few minutes. The employee showed up to open the shop and sold me the parts that I needed. THANK YOU!
