Such rich history here. This is truly a monumental place. This mosque is where our beloved Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. mobilized from. Right in front is where the great Battle of Badr took place. 313 Muslims against all odds facing off 1000 Kaffirs. Our beloved Prophet Mohammed S.A.W. made a dua to Allah s.w.t. and Jibril brought 5,000 angels down to Jabal Malaika for reinforcement so victory can be ours and it was. Subhanallah! Allahu Akbar!

Bedir hadisesinin yaşandığı yerde bulunan bir mescittir. Enfal Suresinin 42. Ayeti olan "İki birlik karşılaştığı sırada siz vadinin (Medine) daha yakın yamacında idiniz, onlar ise daha uzak olan yamaçta idiler, kervan da sizden daha aşağıda bulunuyordu. Eğer siz karşılaşma yeri ve zamanı hususunda anlaşma yapmaya çalışsaydınız aranızda ihtilâf çıkardı; fakat Allah, olmasını murat ettiği şeyi gerçekleştirmek için böyle yaptı; ta ki ölenin niçin öldüğü, yaşayanın niçin yaşadığı da apaçık ortaya çıksın. Kuşkusuz Allah her şeyi işitir, her şeyi bilir." Ayeti burada inmiştir. Burada defnedilen şehit sahabeler de vardır.

Di lembah ini pula sejarah mencatat kekalahan telak kaum kafir Quraisy, termasuk tewasnya Abu Jahal. Mengetahui bahwa musuh-musuh Islam tersebut berakhir di sumur tua (Al-Qalib) di sekitar lembah ini menjadi pengingat kuat akan kekuasaan Allah. Ziarah ke Badar secara keseluruhan terasa lebih intim dan tidak terburu-buru karena suasananya yang sepi, sangat cocok bagi siapa saja yang ingin mempelajari sejarah Islam secara lebih mendalam tanpa gangguan keramaian.

Mosque of Badr, was constructed on the spot where the Prophet's tent was set during the Battle of Badr. This location is where the battle was commemorated. In 624 A.D., 313 Muslims and 1000 Qureish from Makkah engaged in their first fight on this battlefield.
