Worst staff ever. The Philippino lady with highlighted hair and light brown eyes who is in the cashier at this very moment is really bad. Worst of worst. Better you'll fire her soon. If not you will have to close down your business soon. This not the first time she acted rude on me and I have seen so many times on other customers also. They have not displaying the price of each and every item they sell there. When I go to cashier, even before I asked for the price she punched all my items like she has to go some where urgently. They were not busy at all but she was in a such hurry. And I wanted to cancel one item because I didn't bring enough cash. Still she hasn't closed the bill yet she yelled at me. "It is not allowed to cancel an item, why did you not tell before punch" etc. She shouted really loudly of course. Very unpleasant. I didn't talk back because I didn't want to make her feel embarrassed infront of others like how she made me feel. If there is any impossibility she could tell me it in a nicer manner instead shouting. Of course I'm not a local but understand English very well and no matter the amount I bought still I'm a customer. She has to be polite to each and every customer without being favorable. Very bad impression every time I visit to buy something. I decided not to go there even for a thing cost one dirham. Of course so many Super Markets near by, we can choose . So tell this Phillipino that I will not come to her supermarket again and never recommend to anyone. I don't even give one star. Learn from other supermarkets near by. May she acted that way because she knew that my money is less therefore I will not tip her. Disappointed!

Albakr fresh supermarket is slightly different from other market. Quality of products in Albakr is very good if you check the milk, you will get freshly date on the products. You find the vegetable you will like that it is coming from the field directly. Talk about staff, enough staff they have and all time ready to help costumers. Like the product information expiry date and other. Highly recommended.

Thanks for being available 24h but still you urgent Needs a deep cleaning and a pest control to meet the hygienic standards of Dubai. Moreover Kindly do an intensive Training to your team on how to welcome, and treat the customers as it's really needed.. Regards W.B

The skinny Philippine girl who always wears pink shirt is a con lady. she always tries to charge extra money. BEWARE OF HER. This market is quiet expensive as compared to others like Shaklan, lulu and near by. If you want to buy something you can go to nearbye shops but never ever go to this looting store.

I live at the building beside it I have lived there for 6.5 years and the supermarket never disappointed me it used to be another supermarket the name was royal, think a friend of the old manager gave him the shop and he changed it but not that much of a difference, I love the way that it's 24/7

Beware of the offers and items. Better recheck on the billing counter. Display says a price and at the counter when you bill it can be AED3-5 more. All items are at least 1 AED more than other department stores.

This market has a bad smell, you can smell it from outside🤮🤢, This market is quiet expensive as when you compared to any market. المحل هذا رائحته سيئة جدا، مش مرة وحده بس دائما كده، واسعارهم غالية حتى مع العروض، وبياخذو منك فلوس زيادة فتتفاجئ ان الفاتورة غالية

ان دبي هي المكان الاروع للسياحه والترفيه والامن والامان ان فيها من الطمئنينه مايكفي لتنام على الشارع العام بدون اي خوف انتم الاروع في الخليج العربي

Very bad And the staff is very rude.. I don't understand how the market is and there is no change if you give them 100 dirhams

They Wer saying free home delivery and we order more then 15dhs they say no delivery guy available. R u ashame of yourself

A very clean and managed supermarket, the prices is also reasonable and you will find whatever required for your house. Visit once.

Present days the staffs are very good and treating respectfully with customers..

Zero service even they’re not replying to texts they said wait i wait for 2 hours they didn’t reply don’t recommend

I went to the supermarket, piad 2 boxes of water and still didn't receive. Trying to call and no answer Went again and they sent it to home
