مول البرشاء مكان مثالي للعائلات اللي بتدور على إنجاز المعاملات الحكومية (تسهيل وتوجيه والعضيد و RTA) مع معظم البنوك مثل دبي الإسلامي وأديب وغيرهم من البنوك عجبني جداً توفر أجهزة الدفع الذاتي في الجمعية اللي بتوفر وقت كبير في الدفع. والمفاجأة الحقيقية اللي اكتشفتها هو مجوهرات لازورد. بعت عندهم ذهب قديم وأخدوه مني بـ سعر السوق العالمي الصافي بدون أي خصم ، واشتريت من عندهم طقم جديد بمصنعية خيالية 5 درهم بس. كما يوجد في الجمعية التعاونية كل شئ لمستلزمات البيت، وفي نفس الوقت استثمار وتجديد الذهب بأفضل سعر في دبي. أنصح بزيارة البرشاء مول بشدة

Al Barsha Mall is a fascinating case study in how to design a shopping mall while actively avoiding comfort, convenience, and common sense. Whoever decided that inclined escalators should be everywhere deserves recognition for turning a simple trip between floors into a low-budget amusement park ride. The only problem is they're closed about half the time. Then there are the toilets. Judging by their number and location, it feels like the architect forgot to include any in the original plans and someone noticed during construction: "Wait, people need bathrooms?" The result is a handful of makeshift-looking facilities awkwardly squeezed into corners. For a mall of this size, having essentially three toilet locations scattered across opposite ends of the building is astonishing. Reaching one often feels like a side quest. Many government offices operate inside the mall, meaning the already limited facilities are constantly busy. Nothing enhances the shopping experience quite like queuing for basic necessities. Overall, Al Barsha Mall feels less like a place designed for shoppers and more like a building created by people who had only heard vague rumors about what a mall is supposed to do.

It also includes several shops such as chocolate stores and gold shops. The mall has its own parking as well.

I love this mall, it got all govt services including RTA vehicle testing and vehicle renewal centee. Also du store. The union cooperative inside mall is very huge ans very well.maintained. specially go on fridays to pick best fruits & vegies.

Parking was relatively easy as well, which is always a plus in Dubai. Overall, Al Barsha Mall is a great spot for a relaxed shopping experience. It may not be the biggest mall in the city, but it definitely offers convenience, comfort, and a pleasant environment.

This mall is much better than the other 2 malls around ( Galleria & Grove). Everything you want about daily use, you can get them from this mall. Not only here there is a supermarket Nesto, but also here you can find miniso, life pharmacy, Starbucks and some nice small shops. My favorite shop here is Chocolala. Here the quality of chocolate is really good and the price is reasonable as well. Compared to other famous brands, no worse than them.

Besides the amazing Union Coop with its wide variety; the place feels old and dark. Parking area isn’t well lit, the elevators aren’t well lit, the bathroom are old and wet most of the time. Regular cleaning and maintenance, coupled with adequate supplies of soap, toilet paper, and hand sanitizers, would significantly enhance the overall experience for visitors. Nice mall with big supermarket Union Coop. Fresh veg and fruits are available in Union Coop. Shopping of clothes can be done in Splash and in other small shops. Parking is available. Small nice food court is there in the mall with good food options.

I really like Barsha Mall—it has almost everything you need in one place. From shopping and groceries to restaurants and cafés, it’s super convenient. The atmosphere is nice, and it’s a great spot to spend time and get things done all in one visit.
