Extremely disappointed with the customer service at certain desks in this branch. This is my second visit, and the experience has unfortunately worsened. Customers are left waiting for over an hour without any clear reason, while the staff at counter 10, as well as counter 11 or 12 (I cannot recall the exact number), appear distracted, chatting among themselves and using their personal phones instead of attending to transactions. I had to leave my turn repeatedly to seek assistance from other desks just to complete my paperwork. On a positive note, I would like to highly commend the employee at counter 5. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, respectful, cooperative, and highly patient. She truly understands her work. The contrast in professionalism is stark. I hope management takes immediate action to review the performance at counters 10 and the adjacent desks, while recognizing the excellent service provided at counter 5."

Absolutely the worst government service experience in Dubai – Avoid at all costs! I visited the Al Barsha Mall Government Services Centre today, and it was a complete nightmare. After waiting more than one full hour in the queue, I watched staff just sitting around chitchatting with each other or with one single customer for over an hour, completely ignoring everyone else. They clearly don’t care about people’s time or urgent work. The counters were mostly empty—no real customers being served—but they kept telling people ahead of me that there was a “waiting period of 20 people” or “10 people,” which was obviously a lie because there was hardly anyone being processed. Meanwhile, the staff were casually enjoying their chai, coffee, and tea breaks like they had all the time in the world. When I finally reached the counter, the attitude was indifferent, and the whole process felt slow and disorganized. This is hands-down the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in any government centre in Dubai. Total waste of time and extremely frustrating for anyone who values efficiency.

The worst service ever, I was there today to submit an employee visa. The lady in counter 10 was fully unprofessional, she refused to submit the request even i requested her several times. When i was talking to her, she fully ignored my discussion and she start talking with her collegue sitting next to her.

We are here to give power of attorney. Simple transaction. There are nine booths only 4 people there and none of them working! They just play with their phones. Dubai spends billions of dollars to promote the city but this ki d of work ethics they actually make the investors to regret to invest in Dubai!

The first visit to the center was absolutely appalling, but they improved. Counter 7 (25/04/2025) - exceptional service. The cashier is excellent — polite, fast, and efficient. Also, the staff member who sits to the left of the cashier is always courteous and helpful. Or the two male receptionists in the morning (18/04/2025) were exceptionally helpful. Unfortunately, the poor attitude of a few staff members completely undermines the efforts of these competent employees. I hope the center continues to address the issues and maintains its high standards.

Department of Real Estate Services is one of the most efficient departments in this center. If you bring complete and right set of documents your issue will be solved within 10minutes. Prepare your cashless payment method, as they are not accepting cash at the moment.

I usually visit barsha government services for ejari registration of my company flats and i must say the most professional and helpful staff i have come across is Mr Abdullah Ali.. I always find him helping everyone with a smile .after visiting him it makes me really feel that i have visited a happiness center. Best example of customer service..

I went there to get a power of attorney. The whole procedure took 4 hours to be completed. They have a ticketing system, however, they do not know how to efficiently work with the established system. I would have completed my procedure in 2 hours but because of a mistake on their end it took 2 extra hours to complete. In addition the receptionist that was servicing me proceeded to complain about how bad of a customer I am. Because (apparently) I am the reason she did not clock out yet. She would even brush off the supervisor. What kind of treatment is this? We are the customers in this facility, the employees should be servicing us. Finally, in order for the employee not to become extra frustrated and take longer with the process I had to compliment her throughout. Just so she can continue to do her job smoothly. The person working at the notary public was fine, it's the receptionist in charge with fee payment that's terrible. Terrible terrible service.

Очень плохой уровень сервиса и низкий уровень профессионализма сотрудников. Обращался за регистрацией договора в EJARI. При регистрации договора сотрудник неверно ввел номер лицензии моей компании (пропустил цифру в номере). Из за этого я не смог зарегистрировать новый адрес компании в DMCC (не совпадали номера лицензии). Я обратился с просьбой об исправлении их ошибки. Мне сказали, что они не могут исправить эту ошибку и рекомендовали обратиться к собственнику помещения, чтобы он аннулировал регистрацию в EJARI после чего зарегистрировать договор заново (и ещё раз оплатить пошлину). Когда пришел заново регистрировать договор - в регистрации отказали, сославшись на то, что в договоре нельзя указать стоимость договора как сумму аренды без VAT + 5%VAT. Хотя во время первого визита ровно этот же договор зарегистрировали, и никаких вопросов к тому как прописана сумма договора не возникло. В итоге я уже три раза съездил в Al Barsha Government Services, а договор аренды в EJARI так и не зарегистрирован. Поведение сотрудников в этой ситуации могу охарактеризовать как неприятное и высокомерное. Извинений за ошибки Al Barsha Government Services при регистрации договора в EJARI, из-за которых я уже три раза приезжал, и должен буду повторно оплатить пошлину, я не получил, как не увидел каких-то усилий со стороны сотрудников, направленных на исправление ситуации возникшей по их вине. Очень неприятный опыт, который к сожалению ещё не закончен.

Only 1 staff operating the counter for the whole day. Since it is a new facility, only around 7-8 people were waiting. But waiting for an hour or more is bad service.

If you choose Al Barsha Mall Notary to do any transactions , make sure you don’t take any appointments on the same day … super slow and 0 respect to the customer. Writing after a fresh Monday spoiled with a small transaction at this notary public , Al Barsha Mall .

I recently visited Al Barsha Government Services for my Ejari registration, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff displayed the utmost professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy. The process was incredibly smooth and well-organized. Special thanks to Oumar Hassani; he was knowledgeable, guided me through every step, and ensured all my documents were in order. I was particularly impressed by how quickly he processed my request without compromising on accuracy or quality. He was very helpful! The service was so efficient that waiting was minimal! Parking was convenient, and the location is easily accessible. A big thank you to the Al Barsha Government Services team for their outstanding service! I highly recommend them to anyone needing assistance with Ejari or other related services.

The worst service ever!!! I applied for a service of the public notary and this paper was very important for my wife to use it outside the country!! 10 Days now and they didn’t provide me the paper yet and we have to pay fines now because of this delay!!!! it’s 10 days now and no one responded to me, though I complained multiple times and different people called me, but non of them was able to solve the problem!! Unfortunately, this is not the service level Standards that I’m used to in the UAE.
