Al-Belad Private Hospital

Our visit to Al-Balad Hospital in Al-Harthia was an absolute nightmare—by far the most unprofessional experience we’ve ever had in an Iraqi hospital. I traveled from Canada to support my brother, who was scheduled for surgery on September 8, 2024, at noon. However, the surgeon, Dr. Maher Adnan, ماهر عدنان الأقل كفاءة في العالم didn’t show up until 3:00 p.m. with no explanation. When we asked the staff about this delay, they casually responded, “This is his normal thing,” as if such blatant disregard for patients is acceptable. Dr. Maher’s focus was purely on money, lacking any semblance of respect or integrity. I’m left wondering whether he even holds a legitimate medical license, as his conduct falls drastically short of what’s expected of a medical professional. The situation only worsened post-surgery. Despite being a minor procedure, my brother was left unconscious for hours due to an overdose of anesthesia. The staff offered no explanation and didn’t inform us, instead sending us on a wild goose chase from one person to another. Dr. Maher didn’t check on his patient for nearly 24 hours and, when he finally did, made a suspicious request to buy medication from a specific pharmacy near his clinic—suggesting unethical business practices. The night-shift nurses were equally negligent, preferring to gossip and eat rather than attend to patients. Even basic services required bribery. The hospital itself was in disarray—filthy beds, dysfunctional equipment, and even an unpaved entrance, making it nearly impossible for recovering patients to access. The only saving grace in this horror story were two individuals: intern doctor Alaa الدكتور علاء who showed genuine concern for patients, and Nurse Najat الممرضة نجاة who went beyond her duties to provide care. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff and the hospital as a whole are a disgrace to medical care. We paid an exorbitant amount for a traumatizing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this hospital to my worst enemy. Our ordeal is thoroughly documented with pictures and videos for proof.

I am honestly extremely disappointed in the treatment I received at this hospital. If I can give 0 stars I would. I was scheduled to have surgery here with Dr. Haydar Khazraji. The staff in the operating room the day of my surgery were not welcoming and were so rude and nasty towards me. Specifically one girl her name was hend. She was rude to me from the start and never made me feel comfortable. Her and some other guy were making fun the whole time and treating me as if I wasn’t human with feelings. The anesthesiologist or whatever she was, also was rude. For someone going in to have surgery and may be nervous they do a terrible job at making them feel safe and comfortable. I live outside of Iraq and travelled here to have a procedure with the doctor. The doctor was great but the hospital and staff were all terrible. All they care about here is money. They don’t show any compassion or care towards their patients. They just ask for money with the worst services. They offer nothing to their patients. Medications, beverages, simple necessities like that are not provided. I’m not sure what we’re paying for? This is just overall the worst hospital I’ve ever been to. I’m never coming here again and don’t encourage anyone to visit. You will regret it.

مستشفى سيء للغايه يكفيك انو طقم القنفات الي بالاستعلامات قذرة وبقية الغرف الطوابق أقذر انا مستغرب كيف هذا المستشفى باقي شغال والعتب على الأطباء الي يختارون لإجراء عمليات للمرضى فيه لأنهم هم المفروض اول من يشخص نظافة المستشفى!!!!!!

مستشفى استغلالي يفعلون العمليات ليس لشفاء المرضى بل لكسب المال واغلب الحالات لا تحتاج الى عمليه يعني من غير المعقول ان تسعين بالمئة من مرضى الدكتور فلاح يحتاجون الى عمليه واحد ضحاياه زوجة اخي حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل.

ازبل مستشفى اهلية بلعراق خدمة صفر واحترام ماكو وتحجي وياهم ميجاوبون اله بفلوس التمريض ميدخلك عملية اله تنطي فلوس لو يخليك اخر شي ما انصح بيهة ورطة عمرك اذا تروح

There is nothing provided by the hospital not a single thing , a pill, medication, toiletries, water nor a simple hot beverage. Thank God they don't give u tools and Operation room and tell u to operate on yourself. Staff is not customer oriented as well as bad in providing any full information

مستشفى سيئة وجشعين يكولون مليونين ونص شامل كلشي بعدين تطلع الادويه والتحاليل وحتى المغذي لازم اجيبه من صيدليتهم وميقدمون اكل وصالة العمليات وصخه وبارده ثلج الطبله ب٤٠ الف مجرد ورقه وره الواحد ميطلع ياخذون فلوس مال تمريض ورقه الخروج بفلوس وتاييد الدخول بفلوس حراميه ومديرهم متعجرف

مستشفى سيء جدا عن تجربة عمليتي عندهم ادت إلى تشوهات دائمية وتاذيت نفسيا بسببهم على يد شخص اتضح انه يعمل بشهادة مزورة بصفة طبيب وهو ليس لديه شهادة فقط اعدادية اسم الشخص علي حسين الراوي والذي اتضح أيضا اسمه مستعار ومواليد مزورة مع زوجته أيثار علي مسيهر

للامانة تجربتي وياهم لطيفة، الكادر الطبي بس تصيحه يجيك، واصلا حافظ وقت العلاجات مالتك فالواحد ميحير ولا يشيل هم، ومحد طلب فلس من الممرضين .. الغرفة نظيفة ونظفوها بوجودي هم، يعني كمريضة شريد بعد؟

نصيحة لله اللي عندة عملية ليروح لدكتور فالح الجنابي وخلي يتأكد من أكثر من دكتور لأن دكتور فالح ميرحم واني عن تجربة عندي مريض مايحتاج عملية وثقيت بالدكتور كال عملية مستعجلة وهسة مريضي وضعة حرج ولا حول ولا قوه الا بالله

المستشفى من ناحية النظافة و الترتيب والتجهيز الطبي ممتاز ... لكن كادر الممرضين سيء جدا لا يؤدون واجبهم الا بالفلوس (الاكرامية)

أفشل مستشفى وصاخه عمال ماكو وممرضات وكادر ماكو والاسعار نار

the hospital is not clean , rooms need maintenance, the sub staff are good

مستشفى مرتبة جدا و جميلة و ألتعامل أجمل

خوش مستشفى بس يرادلها بعد اكثر هي افضل من الحكوميات ولكنها لا ترتقي إلى مستوى مستشفى الجامعة الامريكية

المستشفى غير نظيف وخصوصا الحمامات والادارة ضعيفة لكن الاطباء ممتازين

مستشفى روعه وتعامل الممرضين كلش زين
