Al Danah Institute

I would not recommend this institute due to very poor communication. While the course content and the instructor were both quite good, the customer service was disappointing. They were very quick to send payment links, but once I paid, it became difficult to get a response regarding course access or my final certificate. I have had to chase them for weeks with no resolution. Despite the quality of the teaching, I won't be doing any more courses with them due to the lack of support.

I recently completed the Life Coach Program at Al Danah Institute and it was an amazing experience. The program was well-structured, practical, and very engaging. The trainer was supportive and knowledgeable, making the learning journey truly enjoyable. I gained valuable skills and confidence—highly recommended!

Couple of days ago I had one to one, online First Aid at Work Traning. The session was informative and the trainer was nice and patient. I could easily follow up with the provided material. Although, at the beginning I was a little doubtful because they answered after a while, the process went smoothly and I received my certificate without any problem.

Is this a real place or a scam? I’ve been trying to call the number but no one is answering, I’ve sent a WhatsApp and they immediately asked me to register and pay online . When I asked to send me the location or a phone number to call they just ignored and tell me , register online.. even though they told me they are in Al Nahyan but they didn’t give me any location and still insuring to register and pay online.

Honestly, I cannot recommend this institute. The instructor Dr Laila was good. However the institute is not organized, - Timings are not set, they tried to change it, then tried to convince me to agree to change it. - Didn’t feel well prepared for the exam, some questions on the exam we did not cover during the modules. - Exam was suppose to be on one day and they sent it the next day, without prior notice. - around 1 month to receive any news of exam grading, once I received the transcript, they gave me a transcript with a different name. Overall I would recommend a different institute with better organizational skills.

Happy to say that it was evident that Ms. Laila instructor possessed a remarkable level of knowledge, expertise, and a genuine passion for teaching. I am grateful for the opportunity to learn from such an extraordinary instructor and would highly recommend their classes to anyone seeking a informative learning experience.

I took my 10-hour OSHA course with Ms.Laila Ali's it was very informative and straightforward. She delivered almost all of the course's lessons with demonstrations and multiple embodiments of methodology to all learners' levels and understanding. Also, she is an excellent trainer who explains everything you need to know in a clear and concise manner. I strongly recommend.

I have took an online training course called "Environmental Specialist Program" presented by Aldanah Institute. To be honest, enventhough I already obtained my bachelor degree in environmental science, this program was refreshing and so informative. Felt like everything was explained by Mrs. Laila Bano was new to me, beacause she has this excellent way of explaining things. She clarified a lot of things and aspects very well. It was such an enriching program that I absolutely benefited from, and I am considering registering into other programs in the institute soon. Can't wait to share the certificate of passing the program in LinkedIn and add it also to my CV!

The training was really engaging, interesting and informative. I felt like I learnt a huge amount in one day and would have the confidence to try to practice some of it if needed, although I hope it never will be! The teacher Miss Laila Ali is a very personable, warm and friendly, but also extremely knowledgeable and great at conveying that knowledge.

I attended a class of first aid training, overall it was very good experience with Ms.Laila Ali and she explained very well in a polite way. If you can share all the slides with students in soft form it would be much better for their learning in future too Thank you

I highly recommend the Environmental Specialist course at Al Danah Institute for beginners. Laila Bano, the instructor, made the concepts of environmental management and sustainability easy to understand. It’s a great starting point for anyone new to the field!
