I called this company to come do pest control at my house. Over the phone they make it sound like they are professionals and a whole team will come to do the job. But in reality 1 guy came with little to no equipments other than a spray bottle. He went to my washroom filled water in it and sprayed everywhere in the house and charged me 200 dhs for it. He then had the audacity to ask me more money saying "what about me sir, I came to do the job can you give me a tip. After all that nonsense, I'm now left with ruind furniture because of all the water he sprayed in my cupboard and the bugs are still there. And I had to dismantle my bed to clean and fix the damage that this company caused me.

I wish I can give 0 stars to this. This is one of the worst experience in my life. These useless people came to clean the washroom tiles and used their chemical to clean which resulted in damage of all the tap and shower coating, which was shining like mirror, now is totally black which look like 20 years old. This service is lose of money and totally waste of time. Never ever call theses people for their service. Better they close their shop and do some other job.

I wanted to share my recent experience with this company AL FALAK regarding their pest control service. After having them spray for cockroaches in my kitchen, We found cockroaches again the very next day. This service was a complete waste of time and money. I cannot recommend this company to anyone and strongly advise others to stay away. It's totally frustrating to not receive the quality service promised.

I am sharing my recent experience with this pest control company Al Falak pest control, When i called this company for service it looks like they are very professional like , ok ok today our team is coming from Dubai and if u want this service they will be at ur doorstep at 12:00pm. It sounds like oo they are very professional but the reality is completely opposite. They came with spray within half hour they finished their work and after that they said to me after 20 days if u see still bed bugs or cockroach just call us we will come and do it again . But now i am calling and texting them no one is ready to response .😡😡 Disasterrrrrrr experienceeeeee please all of u guyzzz stayy awayyy from this company they are totally time and money wasterrrrr
