I recently disconnected my service with Al Fanar Gas, and the experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. During the disconnection process, the technician tagged our gas detector as “faulty,” even though it was clearly working perfectly. This is especially concerning because it had been checked multiple times before without any issues. It feels unjustified and inconsistent. Because of this claim, I was charged for the detector and my deposit is now being withheld. I have tried to raise this concern, but there has been no willingness to properly reassess the situation or provide a fair resolution. This kind of handling raises serious concerns about transparency and customer fairness. I expected a professional and honest process, especially during something as straightforward as a service disconnection. I strongly urge the company to review their inspection practices and customer service approach, as this experience has significantly impacted client trust.
