Al Fayy Restaurant and Cafe - مطعم ومقهى الفيّ

This café was truly special — the atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing, with seating that can easily accommodate eight people or even more. The coffee was absolutely delicious: • Americano: 10/10 • Spanish Cortado: 7/10 • Cinnamon Roll: 7.5/10 • Tiramisu: 9/10 The place was very clean, and the staff were polite, welcoming, and friendly, which made the experience even better. They are open from 5:30 AM to 11:00 PM, which is very convenient. This definitely won’t be our last visit we’ll be coming back very soon. The café is truly wonderful and absolutely worth visiting ☕✨

We were amazed by the welcoming friendly atmosphere specially that we arrived in time the cafe was about to close but Ms Walaa Treated us with hot chocolate and sweet It’s one of the best hot chocolate I tried lately Thank you Al Fayy

المكان جميل بس الشي اللي يضايق ان يابوا لنا شوكة خشب ما منها فايده ماقدرنا ناكل بها اتمنى يغيرون الشوك

We celebrated my mom’s birthday here, it was a very nice occasion. I had their pasta and Caesar salad for dinner, as well as their tiramisu and iced latte for dessert. All the food and beverages were delicious. Our server was called Lovely and she was amazing and attentive the whole evening, she was a great help making the night memorable for our family. Thank you Al Fayy.

The food and coffee are excellent, but the service is shockingly bad. One women employee is openly rude, dismissive, and clearly unhappy to be there. Her behavior is unacceptable in a customer-facing role and single-handedly destroys the atmosphere of the place. I will not return because of her attitude alone. Her duty was on Wednesday and Monday morning this week. Her face impression and rolling her eyes all the time are just infuriating....

الصراحه المكان جدا جميل ومثل ماتعودنا في شارقتنا الجميلة دايما فيها التميز حلو جدا في الشتوية وياريت تتوفر دفايات في كل الجلسات لان البرد كان يموت 🥶 بالنسبة لأكل كان جدا عادي مافيه شي مميز مثل المدح اللي سمعته صراحة كنت رايحه وعلى أمل اطلب من المنيو الصحي اللي موجود في صفحة الانستقرام لكن للاسف ما كان متوفر غير المقالي😕 أما بالنسبة للخدمة كانت جيدة جدا 👍🏻

I visited this place and it was absolutely amazing. The atmosphere was perfect, especially in this cold weather it felt so cozy. We placed our order, and it arrived in just five minutes, I ordered coffee and tiramisu. I recommend visiting this spot.

موقع ممتاز وخدمه ممتازة وترحيب جميل من جميع الموظفين والمسؤول الطعام لذيذ التيراميسو 👌👌 الطعام وصل شوي متأخر لكن نعذرهم لوجود زحمه في المكان بس المكان رايق وجميل وسأكرر الزيارة بإذن الله

المكان حلو و يجنن و اليلسات فنانه، بس شي واحد ما عيبني يعني كانوا منزلين كذا بوستس ف الانستا انه عندهم اوفرز ع السويتس و الدرنكس سواء البارده ولا الحاره يوم ييت اطلب ال v60 قالوا الاوفر يشمل كل شي الا ال v60 🤣🦦 ما حددتوا من قبل اي نوع و الا هي v60 🫥

ما شاء الله الأكل لذييييذ والخدمة عندهم ممتازة أنا والأهل اني كل اسبوع وأشجع الكل الزيارة والأستمتاع بالأجواء الشتوية والطعام

Nice place and the food is good. It's a wrong thought that the restaurant is for only staff and visitors of SHAMS. Anyone can visit and dine at this restaurant. The cost is affordable. It has outside seating and lot of parking. It is good place to take break while travelling to Fujairah.

المكان رائع والخدمه والاكل ممتاز والتيرامسيو تحفه والتعامل راقي من العاملين خصوصا الشاذلي

مكان ذات طابع بري بأجواء جميلة للقعدات الخارجية الشتوية

مكان رايق و الجلسه جدا جميله فالخارج، و مولعين النار في كل زاويه و الجو بارد فالليل. الاكل كان طيب و مسوين تعاون مع Pick، جوانح الدجاج كان عجيب.

Dennis has been a greay host. The food was impeccable and the portions are very generous considering the price. Highly recommend it for the atmosphere as well.
