Al Garhoud Business Center

Excellent place to to start a base location business, the area is accessible to many things such as the metro and hotels as well as to an affordable accommodation at Diera, so it is good, the only down side is the traffic after 5PM.

This business centre is very nice. There is very neat and clean. Management team of the center ware very supportive and they help to make us satisfied with their quality of service. I visited here to take a office inside this business centre. I found that lease rate is very convenient and the location is a prime place. It is very near to airport and metro station. Almost walkable distance to Dubai Cargo Center and Deira City Centre. All fecilities inside this business centre are really nice.

I did not like the place at all because some people in this building are chaotic they do not respect personal space, especially in the elevator. When asked to leave the elevator, they refuse and insist on entering the elevator without respecting that there are women in the elevator. Also, employees are not allowed to use the basement parking even though I was going to pay for the parking monthly or annually , but my request was rejected under the pretext that these spots are for managers only .

" Świat moimi oczami" - Dubaj / Zjednoczone Emitaty Arabskie. O Dubaju mówi się wiele i różne są opinie na jego temat. Jedni zachwyceni są jego bogactwem , inni zniesmaczeni. Można na pewno potwierdzić z pełną odpowiedzialnoscią, że jest to jedno z najnowocześniejszych miast, powstałe w ekstremalnych warunkach pustynnych nad Zatoką Perską . Ogromne wieżowce to zapewne wizytówka Dubaju. Miasto bardzo czyste i ciągle rozwijające się. Miejscowi uznani są za jedno z najbogatszych społeczeństw, natomiast przyjezdni pracujący w Emiratach już do takowych nie należą. Pierwsza runda po metropolii zaliczona ,niestety ze względu na bardzo wysoką temperaturę - odczuwalna prawie 38 stopni🙉 zmuszeni byliśmy zrobić sobie kilku godziną przerwę. Przed wyjazdem do Dubaju, warto pobrać aplikację umożliwiającą zakup tańszych wejściówek oraz zamówić karty NOL - umożliwiające poruszanie się po mieście wszelkimi środkami komunikacji miejskiej. Jako ciekawostkę napiszę Wam, że Międzynarodowe Lotnisko w Dubaju jest uznane za jedno z większych i nowocześniejszych , a transfer między terminalami odbywa się... metrem, które jest do dyspozycji tylko lotniska 😉 Okna w hotelach niestety nie otwierają się, zatem wszelkie próby skoków raczej są tutaj niemożliwe 🤣🤣🤣 C.D.N......

The office space is really good, but it's missing basic amenities like chairs in the pantery and parking for the staff...

Located in a very good location near GIGICO Metro station 🚉 with a lot of parking around.

Big complex where multiple companies conduct interviews seasonnaly , but no clear signs of rooms , no clear information in entrance ..

It is a new building and we recently shifted our office here. Very accessible. This is near to GGICO Metro Station. But nothing much.
