A proper family accomodation with security and safety while society organizers are taking special care for cleanliness and maintenance of the building. Lift is properly operated with a back up power supply during load shedding hours along with corridor lights. The water supply system is awesome with continuous supply for 24/7. Similarly the Sui southern gas supply is also continuous for the residents. Specious parking with ample space for vehicles of residents only is provided, consisting of first four floors dedicated for this purpose only. The only vehicles with sticker of society are allowed to enter into parking after proper security check. The excellent shopping mall of well known brand of chase value is situated on ground floor of this complex.

Building design is good, location is well, but it's a big issue of car parking it's too congested because of some bottom portions are commercially sale out to CHASE UP departmental store and rest as residential apartment.

A quiet and safe building, but the daily needs of the house such as groceries, milk and a pharmacy are a little far away.

Great building from outside prices are higher due to chase up and main road facing also expensive but still great place to live

I was buying this but after knowing that there is still gas issue I dropped my plan. Though I really liked this buliding.
