I was here for an operation of an aunty. Truly to say, there behaviour is not good enough. It's okay type. As a private hospital, they should give priority to the patients first, but they think patients know everything or he or she is enough to understand everything, but in present that is not. Patients always want the priority in hospital at first, they want to be used a good behaviour with their families and friends. But if that was unexpected, then he or she feel bad to explore it. I will not say, they are bad or something but they are not too good as other private hospitals. After all I would like to suggest the hospital management committee to use the better behaviour with patients and their families and give a good service that he make sure that coming again.

There is nothing good about this Hospital. Their service is extremely bad. They are just taking advantage of some good doctors. They can make sick any good Healthy patient. Whole hospital is dirty. Maintenance is very poor. The lift will take away your breath, Worst lift ever i have seen in my life.

এই হসপিটালের ভালো দিক বলতে কিছু নাই। লিফটে ঢুকলে চিকামারা গন্ধ। কেবিনগুলো সরকারি হসপিটালের চেয়েও জঘণ্য। মেট্রোরেল কাছাকাছি হওয়ায় যতবার ট্রেন যায় অসহনীয় শব্দ হয়। এখানকার শিশু রোগ বিশেষজ্ঞ ডাক্তারটা সবচেয়ে ফালতু এবং ব্যবসায়ী। আমাদের বাসার কেয়ারটেকারের বাচ্চাকে মেরে ফেলেছে। বাচ্চাটার পাতলা পায়খানা & বমি ছিল। নার্স এসে ৬ টা ফুটা করেছে তাও ভেইন খুজে পায় নি। এদিকে ডাক্তারকে কল দিতে দিতে আর এসব করতে করতে রাত ২ টার দবকে বাচ্চাটা মারা যায়। ওদের গা ছাড়া ভাব। বাচ্চাটা মারা গেল তাও অন্য কোথাও রেফার করল না। নিজেরাও বসে রইলো।

Good quality medicine store but all types of medicines are not available. Staffs are qualified & well mannered.

আমি অনেক নাম করা হসপিটালে গিয়েছিলাম আমার কাছে মনে হয় অন্যান্য জায়গার তুলনায় এই হাসপাতালে খরচ কম আর সেবার মান অনেক ভালো।এখানকার নার্সরা এতো হেল্পফুল ছিলো।এক কথায় আমি সন্তুষ্ট । প্রফেসর ডাঃ মোঃ শাহাবুদ্দিন খান স্যার অনেক ভালো ডাক্তার। তিনি অনেক ভালো জানেন রোগের ব্যাপারে।

আল হেলাল স্পেশালাইজড হসপিটাল থেকে খুব ভালো সার্ভিস পেয়েছি, আমার জানা মতে এত কম খরচে আর কোথাও সিসিইউ আইসিইউ সার্ভিস পাওয়া সম্ভব না। প্রফেসর ডাঃ মোঃ শাহাবুদ্দিন খান স্যার অত্যন্ত ভালো মানুষ, তিনি গরিব দুঃখীদের অনেক কম মূল্যে চিকিৎসা দিয়ে থাকেন।

বর্তমান চিকিৎসা ব্যবস্থা অনেক ভালো, প্রফেসর ডঃ মোঃ শাহাবুদ্দিন খান স্যার অনেক ভালো মানুষ।

Alhamdulillah my mom well. Allah save my mom. Actually here some doctors not bad but problem their CCU conditions, Lift, also their management system. My mom was dengue patients treatment was good she stay 7days in CCU. I think needed 5 days for my mom. They kept extra 2 days there. However their reception team behaviour was very bad. Finally They did wrong miscalculate when i told their. They were very angry with my uncle and father. Lastly problem solved by manager sir❤️ that was good for me. Also faced one other problem. There was not aerosols and mosquito net. I think these are very important for dengue patients. Please check this matter. Overall not bad but charged more than services. Lastly There two plasma donated in their blood bank.

Truly one of the worst hospitals I have ever been to. They try to give us unnecessary and irrelevant medical tests. Also they tend to cost us for absolutely nothing. Bloodsucking behavior to be honest.

The hospital emergency section is open 24/7.

ডক্টর মুসার মত একজন বড় ডাক্তারের ব্যাবহার যদি এত খারাপ হয় তাহলে স্টাফদের ব্যাবহার কিভাবে ভালো হবে। আমি কখনোই এই হসপিটালে আর আসতে চাইনা। এবং আমার জানাশোনা কোনো ব্যাক্তিকেই এই হাসপাতালে আসতে দিবোনা। ধন্যবাদ আপনাদের অসাধারণ বাজে সার্ভিসের জন্য। if the behavior of a big doctor like Dr. Musa is so bad then how can the behavior of the staff be good. i never want to come to this hospital again. And i will not allow any person of my knowledge to come to this hospital. Thank you for your very bad service.

The worst hospital i ever seen. সামান্য বুক ব্যাথা নিয়ে গেছিলাম, ৩০ হাজার টাকার টেস্ট দিছে, করিয়েছিলাম ভালো হয় নি। পরে পিজি হসপিটাল গেলাম, মাত্র ৪০০ টাকার টেস্ট, রোগ ভালো। আল হেলাল ডাকাত,ভুলেও যাবেন না ওখানে।

Though the CCU bed fare is 6K per day, your final bill will be around 27K per day in CCU. The hospital staffs are very poorly trained. The on duty doctors are not qualified enough. This should be the last place for you to go. And the hospital is on main road, so always disturbing sounds are coming. I have experienced the worst here!

It is one of the oldest private hospitals at Mirpur area. Though they are specialized for heart diseases but also provide treatments for other diseases also. They have highly experienced doctors for various diseases. This hospital is bit expensive. Have emergency department and ambulance services.

Nurses need to be trained. When i was kept under the observation after the surgery, the nurses were very chaotic. It was impossible to relax when my anaesthesia was wearing off. It felt like i was in a fish market. I was trying to sleep as i was in pain, when i was finally sleepy one male nurse suddenly screamed for who knows what reason. At that moment I felt so miserable that I wanted to run out of there asap. Thats how they take care of a post surgery patient. I couldn’t rest properly until they shifted me to my cabin. One female nurse also yelled at me for saying my cannula was hurting, she said “why are you talking so much” like i’m not even allowed to express my discomfort.
