The extremely unsanitary conditions at their public toilets are unbelievable. As a regular visitor to this center during my lunch break, I observed severity of issues: Lack of cleanliness: The toilets are consistently dirty and unhygienic. It lacks proper cleaning and maintenance, with visible dirt, and unpleasant odors. Inadequate water supply: There is insufficient or no running water, making handwashing impossible. Broken fixtures: Several fixtures are broken or malfunctioning. Lack of ventilation: The toilets lack adequate ventilation, leading to poor air circulation and the accumulation of foul odors especially the one located on the food court as it's near the basement parking. Lack of hygiene supplies: Essential hygiene supplies such as soap, hand sanitizer, and toilet paper are often UNAVAILABLE or insufficient. These conditions pose a serious threat to public health and hygiene.I urge the Health Department to take immediate action to address these issues.

I visited Khaleej Center today and had a very disturbing experience. Customers were inside the mall, including people waiting for passport renewal services, when the mall manager, a lady, suddenly started shouting at everyone to “go down, go down.” This was disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate. If a person comes to a mall for a service, they should be allowed to sit inside and wait peacefully unless there is a clear emergency or a proper official instruction. Customers should be treated with respect, not shouted at in public. This kind of behavior creates confusion, discomfort, and a very bad impression for both visitors and the shops operating inside the mall. A mall is supposed to provide a safe and suitable environment for people receiving services. UAE consumer protection rules say consumers should have a suitable and safe environment when receiving a service, and there are official complaint channels for poor service quality and unfair practices.  If this is how management behaves in front of customers, it raises a serious question: how are businesses inside the mall expected to run properly? Very disappointing experience. Khaleej Center management seriously needs to improve its professionalism, communication, and respect toward customers and tenants.

It was beautiful and relaxing place in Sharjah modam

the land lord have stupid staff. that's why the parking is made paid parking Only for 1 hour. where as Burjuman mall gives only 3 hours, central malln90 mins. without shopping proof.. so avoid this place. hello land lord change your management team. make is Shopper friendly . like 7 years before

The lady at the counter was very helpful and polite. I reached the counter a minute late, but she still attended to me after finishing with another customer despite the long queue outside. One of my documents took time to arrive on WhatsApp, yet she remained patient without any fuss. Really appreciate her calm and helpful attitude.

Its a center with many Shops and mainly BLS International. Pizzahut, McDonald's, baskin robins etc are available here. Also Rostmani money exchange is there. Parking a bit difficult in this area. Very busy area. Its near Al fahidi metro station.

Shopping experience is wonderful. Hypermarket, groue shops,mobile and laptop shops,food courts and indian passport office available ...clean and very relaxed atmosphere with there coffeenata cafe at mezzanine floor...enjoy your time at Al khaleej centre..

The new business centre small offices is newly opened in Al khaleej Centre MFloor.and its very affordable rents with Wonderful shopping mall and the food court is wow ...clean and very relaxed atmosphere with there coffeenata cafe at mezzanine floor...enjoy your time at Al khaleej centre..

One of the dirtiest centers EVERRRR, rats and mosquitos every where !! You can hear the rats running through the ceilings !!! Uncleand washrooms with no tissue paper! Empty shops and kiaosks! And in addition the parkings are not free, Seriously! Better to close the center than squeeze the customers to get money out of them.

Too much of waiting time appointment was 4pm and my turn came at 7pm, poor digitalisation and hardworking staff.. BLS INTERNATIONAL

BLS passpory services for Indian Passport handed over to a private third party well they take care of their part.

BLS people management is equivalent to a typical sub urban government office setup in India, more people than the place can accommodate, long ques EVEN WITH AN APPOINTMENT. your appointment time is only meant to give you every token to the center. Remember, it does not mean you will be assisted on your scheduled appointment. Absolute chaos and mismanagement.

Undoubtedly one of the old places of Dubai where kids have grown, Emotions have been shared , good and bad and mediocre, all alike. A cup of tea in solitude and a meal with friends is all possible under one roof. The place carries energy of so many souls .. be blessed

What a great place where many Gujarati restaurants are available, many shopping options are available within it and the government's empty center is also within it.

Reasonably large complex but mostly taken by BLS. The area near BLS is crowded with people applying to the Indian Consulate work. Lots of computer shops. Parking is a major problem.
