No wifi available from muscat to dubai.. i think internet is must when you travel..so you can enjoy tension free.. overall good, except wifi

Very unprofessional service. There is no seat reservation system, regardless of whether you book your ticket one month in advance or at the last minute. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, which is unfair for passengers who plan and book early. The bus starts from Ruwi and makes several stops before reaching the Dubai border. At times, passengers are asked to move seats to accommodate others. The back-row seats have very limited legroom, making it difficult to sit comfortably or stretch your legs during the journey. For a 7-hour trip, this lack of seating assurance and comfort makes the journey unnecessarily stressful and tiring. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and the service fell far below expectations.

Thoroughly pleased with my travel from Muscat to Dubai. The driver was very friendly and nice and the amenities on the bus were excellent. I was worried if there would be delays due to the current situation in the UAE but everything went on smoothly at the borders. I definitely recommend this bus journey for anyone wanting to travel.

Best travel experience driver and staffs are highly professional bus started at the exact time and same for drop off also aircondition is good you can avoid middle door oposit seat if you catch cold because that seats have much colder than others... YOU MUST BE ON GIVEN TIME OTHERWISE BUS WILL BE MISSED ... you are not going in flight to wait for you after check in 😆. For 10 riyal muscat to dubai its a luxury or if someone wants the same comfort of flight in bus just choose flight simple , how you expect flights comfort in bus just go for flight ! thank you so much al khanjiry for making my trip !

무스카트에서 두바이까지 가는 버스표를 구매하고 탑승할 수 있는곳. 두바이 말고도 오만의 몇도시로 가는 장거리버스가 있는듯하다. 두바이까지는 원래 10리알이지만 8리알을 지불했다. 출발 이틀전에 미리와서 저녁9시출발 버스표 예매하고 탑승날 8시전에 와서 대기하고 8시30분쯤부터 탑승이 시작됐다. 자리는 만석이 아니었고 옆자리가 비어 편하게 갔다. 오만-UAE 국경까지는 4시간 조금 덜 걸리고, 중간에 휴게소 한번 짧게 정차한다. 두바이에 도착하면 두바이 공항인근의 Al-Khanjry 사무실 앞에서 내려주는데 오전 4시에 도착했다.

Visited the Al-Khanjry office at Ruwi today (28/05/2026) to inquire about ticket availability to Dubai. The attitude of the staff member (a Bangladeshi guy) was shockingly rude and unprofessional. He displayed complete indifference and arrogance, making the entire experience highly unpleasant. My friends, who frequently visit this office, confirmed that this is the standard way customers are treated here. Extremely poor customer service and unacceptable behavior.

Affordable and reliable transport from Ruwi to Dubai I recently travelled with Al-Khanjry Transport from Ruwi, Oman to Dubai and had a good experience. The fare was just 100 AED, which is very affordable. The bus departed on time at 6 AM, and the driver was professional. The arrival time in Dubai is usually around 1 PM but can vary depending on the time spent at the Dubai border, so some delays may happen. The bus was comfortable and offered free Wi-Fi (within Oman), which was a nice bonus. Overall, it is a dependable and budget-friendly option for travel between Oman and the UAE.

Mixed feelings. The bus I felt that it was in good conditions, but not sure why I felt that it was going slow and made too many stops. At customs (it was almost empty) but not sure why we took around 1hr 30 mins to get out (crazy). It had ac all the journey, but not WiFi as someone of the comments says

تجربة جميلة للرحلة .لكن عليهم ملاحظات كثير مثلا الرحلة حوالي ال7ساعات أو أكثر لا يهتمون ب تقديم الماء البارد أو اي سناك عل طول الرحلة و لهم محطات توقف كثيرة ل تبديل الركاب في عدة مناطق ب سلطنة عمان مما يؤثر على سير الرحلة

Excellent bus service between Muscat Oman to Dubai UAE . Need to improve buses with wifi services . Staff is very professional and cooperative.

4 out of 5 stars. 1. Travel time-wise, the bus left on time and arrived in dubai 30 mins earlier than expected ETA. 2. The bus itself looks looks clean and in good running condition. No toilets in the bus so you need to wait for the bus do a stop-over. 3. Free wifi is available on-board until you reached the al wajajah border. Past the oman border there will be no more connectivity. 4. My seat (next to the 2nd exit door) didn't have a USB charger available so I was forced to use my power bank for charging. 5. Driver is well-behaved and good at assisting passengers and time-keeping. Making sure we reach to our destination in time. I did had a great time riding on a bus going to the UAE. My only issues are I can't drink nor eat because of my muslim brothers and sisters on board (respecting the ramadan time) and driver's way of gear-shifting needs a little bit of improvement for much steady and smooth experience and of course to avoid future issues with the gearbox too. Oman office personnel are very helpful and answered my inquiries. Good job everyone!

알기로는 두바이 가는 유일한 교통편이라고 들었습니다. 와츠앱이나 인스타로 연락하면 답장을 안주거나 2일있다 주더라구요. 직접 가셔서 티켓을 사는게 유리합니다만... 버스는 거의 비여서 출발하긴 했습니다.

Very rude behaviour and showing partiality to the customers. Bus drivers showing there rude to all. Bus starting 9pm from dubai. Reported at 8pm but not allowing to buy food from nearby restaurant. While getting back some persons they deported to there location. And Not stopping in between stops. At tha late night times. But is not reaching on time also....

Worst experience , I have travelled all the way from India 12 hours of waiting and got in to the bus and sat in the 4th row from RUWI , at the next stop some one from their office came and asked me to sit in the back seat , I paid for my comfort , I have waited so much and got the seat and even I just had an eye surgery and it’s giving me a headache with all those grumbling engine noises .Worst people management and rude customer service .i never thought will have this bad experience . Horrible

I have a distressing experience on 13 - 04- 2024 from Deira to Muscat.. Driver atitude is very bad.. Actually i forgot to put review on the same day .. Despite informing the driver in advance, to dropped off at the intended Russyle Bus station. Instead, the driver chose an unauthorized stop in the early hours of the morning amidst heavy rainfall. Also it was bit difficult to get a taxi.. and i stayed in the rain until i get cab. It caused inconvenience and also damaged my belongings. This is worst travelling experience in my life..

I would not suggest anyone to travel with this transportation. Very poor service, delay, mismanagement, and uncomfortable seating. They simply do not handle operations properly. I would clearly say don’t travel with them. You will get bad service and a stressful experience.

Both departure and arrival from muscat was such a hassle. The driver picking us a lot of passengers at the border. He doesn’t have the urgency. It was a very hassle and long trip.

I had a totally bad experience. Frankly, if you want a better travel experience, do not choose them. The staff’s behavior is not good. In the bus, you can see the seat numbers, but they are not mentioned on the tickets. When we ask about the seats, they say we can sit anywhere. After some time, the driver says that the front seats are only for families and ladies—which is fine, but they should inform everyone before they sit there. We are also paying for the travel, so treat everyone equally. This will be my last trip with them, and I will not recommend them as a good travel option zero star from my end but for posting the review I need to put single star so I am doing it...
