Terrible customer service! I called the hotel with a simple question, but the receptionist clearly had no idea how to respond—and instead of finding a solution or asking someone else, he just hung up on me. Extremely rude and unprofessional behavior. If this is how they treat people over the phone, I can’t imagine what the in-person experience is like. Definitely not recommended.

I didn't even have to spend with data roaming, everything was ready and the reception works 24 hours! Just be careful because some stupid moron put the entrance on Google Maps exactly on the behind of the building! The real entrance is on the beautiful asphalted street, not on the dusty street where Google Maps takes you! It also has a beautiful parking area with a barrier that's always open. The reception staff gives you anything that you need or anything that's missing!

Honestly I don’t recommend this place to anyone,I approached them after inquiring through the phone they said to me nothing about COVID test but when I arrived to them they said COVID test is mandatory knowing that there is nothing proven that by government of Sharjah or other Emirates so it’s like they are trying to to create their own rules ,the front desk staff was totally unprofessional with bad attitude he was eating while are speaking to him on plus of that when is ask him to speak to his manager he said the manager isn’t around but in the reality he was just outside in his car suddenly the staff went out he spoke to his manager a word the he come to me with same thing (COVID is mandatory )to get the room when I ask how I will be able to provide the test which I know nothing about until I arrived to them he said it’s free somewhere but I said to him the results will take 48h to come out at the time i need to check in to the hotel meaning he was just trying to make me go away so my experience with this property was ended before it started if had gotten the room for sure I will much regret it I will tell you also I got the service from the neighborhood without any request for COVID test.

حاليا سيئ جدا . والله لو أصور لكم المناشف كيف وسخه والخدمة سيئه وكذلك التعامل . سابقا كان ممتاز قبل فتره زرته قبل ٥ سنوات . وكذلك سعره زائد بالنسبة للمستوى.

Worst hotel ever. Have to wait 3 days for cleaning. Reception guy (with a mustache) openly disrespectful!

Very Good Hotel neat and clean with daily room service facility and very much cooperative staff

Nice hotel with perfect location close to cornice and Islamic civilisation museum at cornice road . With abuzar grafari masjid in front of the hotel makes its location for visitors with family and family freinds
