good been here 3 years nothing bad has happened but bring back the pool

High quality installation in this lootah tower and best decorated and calm tower

Worst renting experience ever, should have received my apartment at 8-feb but I am now late more than two weeks and still not received it, one week delay from the company (SS lootah) to deliver the contract and the other week is due to a lot of maintenance issues and the maintenance team is not responsive...and I've been trying to reach the company for 5 days now but not answering the calls. PS. My contract started a week ago but yet apartment not ready..... Don't recommend at all to anyone

Living here since a year. View is nice, facilities, not that much. The pool is barely cleaned, acs in the halls of the floor don't work and until now, no one fixed the water leakage

Not recommended to rent as the respond for maintenance is delayed a lot moreover the pool is not clean and no gym equipment available as promised by real estate

Not recommended at all ,service is very very bad, Lifts always have problem during rush time.

Nice place. 5 parking levels. Swimming pool.

Free parking, gym and maintenance. I love it!
