Al Mamzar Tower

البرج جميل وعائلي ولكن المشكلة تكمن لي الصيانة سيئة جدا ، كما أن الشركة المالكة ترفع الايجار عليك كل عام بما يقارب 3 الاف درهم بطرق غير قانونية بحجة انه قدم لك سعر الخصم ويتم كتابة سعر آخر وخيالي مقارنة بالخدمات المقدمة و قدم البرج وصيانته التعيسة ، تكرر الموضوع معي 3 مرات على مدر 3 سنين حتى كرهت التعامل معهم ، اتمنى ان يتم وضع قوانين تقاضي هذا التلاعب، حيث ان الشارقة تنص على ان العقود لا ترتفع الا كل 3 سنين بنسبة معقولة

The environment at Al Mamzar Tower felt structured and access was uncomplicated.

As a local I’ve seen many towers in this area but this one stands out the apartments are well designed though maintenance response could be faster at times and different types

Very bad experience, the staff takes no care at all about how long you been waiting. I literally had to wait for about 2-3 hours, yet they take no effort to get to us fast. They lack to provide me with correct information. They seem to take things very light handed and now I might have to pay penalties for getting some works delayed. They didn’t explain the proper procedure at first. Correct informations at the proper time is not given!!

Service is horrible, they keep on asking me to come again and again to finalize the price of renewal as they cannot tell me on phone. Building is very old and first they said renewal is for 18k and now they suddenly jumped to 21k. My last contract was 16,200 per year, even in contract info was so wring that it said rent was 18k. Representative on counter 5 today, 26th august 2023 he doesn’t understand english we r saying something else and he is saying totally different very frustrating worst management

للاسف لما مشيا من العماره بيخصمو من التأمين حوالي ألف درهم و كسور الخصم كلاتي 1دهان الجدران(كان نضيف ) 2مسح الارضيه 3رش علشان الصراصير (المكن مافهوش ولا صرصار ) (Pro 300درهم) 4 معا العلم المده كان سنه واحده ومن المستحيل اقررها تاني العقد كان مكتوب في السعر عالي وبئجر ارخص من العقد علشان السنه التاني يحسبلك اللي مكتوب في العقد اللي هو الغالي

Too much wait for asking something please develop customer desk for just inquiry for new contact last 16 days following no answer

ياريت في تقيم اقل من نجمه . اسوء تجربة - يتم خصم نص التامين تقريبا واذا قدروا يخصموه كامل عادي عندهم . الادارة بقي لا تعليق

Experienced very bad behavior from the staffs counter 5 , charged me extra money asked for the reasons he doesn’t know the reason , very rude behavior. He said the money is taken not to his home. I asked receipt he didn’t give .. such a worst service

اسواء تجربة سكن عيشتها .. صيانة متأخرة وخدمة عملاء سيئة جدا وغير متعاونه والاتتيود بتاعهم شيء وشيك التأمين كمان خصموا منه ١٥٠٠ درهم وروحت اكتر من مره علشان إجراء بسيط

Extremely convenient location, everything is within walking distance.

Manegment is very well food is very tasty sitting is comfortable

الموظف لا يبتسم حتى في وجه العميل، خدمة سيئة جدا، وتفتقد للإحترافية. بزاف عليكم نجمة وحدة.

Building is ok but they are not providing services on time. Every time whenever we call they don’t send anyone for repair. In charge of maintenance is rude .

Very poor customer support.too arrogant and they response make us feel that they are offering free.

The worst experience ever is providing to tenant, the sales gent not cooperative.

Staff ammar helped me alot,he is very helpful and efficient
