Al Manhal Water Factory - Bahrain

If I could give negative stars, Al Manhal deserves it for putting the lives of their customers in danger!!! Their service was great...at first, when our landlord recommended them at our move in date. But when our initially purchased vouchers ran out and I tried to purchase more vouchers for delivery, I got lots of run-around...online, on the phone, via Whatsapp...I've tried 5 different phone numbers, agent links and Whatsapp accounts with the same sad result!! After 5 days of trying to purchase vouchers to get our empty water jugs refilled and 100+° heat, we are now completely out of potable water!! My children are thirsty and Al Manhal doesn't care!! I will be reaching out to other companies first thing in the morning so our family doesn't suffer dehydration. I'm sure Al Manhal's competition will be more than happy to take their business and process my payment and deliver water!

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service provided by this company. As I am leaving the country for good, I had 7 unused digital coupons left, and I requested a refund. To my shock, the company refused to refund them, even though it's a simple process with digital coupons. The customer service representative's response was not only unhelpful but also completely unprofessional, suggesting that I 'drink that much water for 7 bottles.' This kind of treatment is absolutely disgusting, and I will not be doing business with them again. Terrible experience overall.

This is the 4th call I make to Manhal Customer Service after buying their booklet to receive Water delivery. Every time the staff answers says " I will check with delivery boy and call back" they never called back. I am.wondering how low quality service they provide after selling booklets and keeping money in pocket. The coupon numbers are reducing even though I didnt receive delivery. May be the staff using it personally. NEVER USE MANHAL SERVICE !!!!

للأسف اسوء تعامل من هاذي الشركة موظفين غير محترفين في التعامل مع الزبون وعود كاذبه من المسؤولين السواق كذابين وطلب من موظفة اتصال احد مسؤولين السواق ولم يتم التواصل معي وطلبت من المسؤولة تغير خدمة التوصيل من يوم الخميس الى يوم السبت ولا يتم التغير بحجت لا يستطيعون لنهم يمشون على حسب المجمع للعلم اني اشوفهم كل سبت خلف بيتي للاسف بعد 8 سنوات اكتب هاذ التعليق لكم

Usually every Saturday the water delivery guy come to replace my bottles, Last Saturday I had 1 full Bottles was in my front door, and I was not at home and I came back around 6:00pm, then I noticed that the water bottle was taken from the delivery guy, without my knowledge and permission. This full bottle was paid, and he has no right to take it, I’m so sorry but this is not professional at all. I need water now, and someone has to take serious action

We would like to inform you that trespassing into private property is illegal according to the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. We have received a salesman from Al Manhal who had encroached into our building and started knocking on a tenants doors for marketing purposes as if he owns the property. First of all, he does not have permission to enter our property, and certainly does not have permission to disturb the tenants. Furthermore, upon calling your office number, the lady working there said he has the right to enter as long as our main door is open and we dont have security to prevent him , which is ridiculous because nobody has the right to tresspass into someone else's property without initial permission regardless of preventive measures. Your company needs to educate the staff on what is legal and illegal with regards to property laws. Thank you.

Requested for sanitation. The service is good until he broke my decorative jug/pitcher. He refused to pay for it and blame me. Common sense not to put hot water on any glass items. He did not apologize or addressed it. He just left. I called the company and the service guy called me blaming me. The jug is decorative and not supposed to be using it. I gave him a water pitcher; he used my decor jug without telling me instead. You are supposed to have / use your own equipment for your services. Until now I am still waiting for the claim to be resolved. I haven't received any phone calls. No calls from the company! NEVER AGAIN!

Very unprofessional staff. My nabour is a customer of Nestle but I was disturbed early morning by the delivery man by ringing the bell continuously for more than 8 times and their staff than started knocking the door very loudly and by the time I opened the door he already left and started to disturb other tenets and ask them if they want to buy water. It is evident that their delivery staff are uneducated and have no manners at all.

I tried to book an emergency delivery (second time in many years ), but the response i recd is the delivery is scheduled tomorrow. As i am back from vacation with my family it was really an emergency. Though i am a loyal customer for long years, i didnt get the benefit from company.

Al Manhal Water in well known brand in Bahrain which give outstanding service to his customers all around Bahrain.. Water taste is good and same since 2011 iam his old consumer I would like to say best of luck and best wishes for giving such service for all the residents and commercial in Bahrain

If I could give 0 stars I would Extremely bad customer service, never on schedule, didn't recieve water for more than 4 continuous weeks, they don't do anything about it. Please avoid wasting your money on Nestle here in Bahrain

Rubbish login process, trying to log in the app for over 3 months with little luck, every time i enter theuser credentials ,(email or phone num) an error pops up as already registered in an associate website

Kindly be careful while buying any online products from Nestle and Manhal water. They don't have any system to track your payment and moreover they need several days to find out either you paid or not, even provided payment proof.

We are the customer of Almanhal water for last 5 years, but for the last 2 months onward, their sales person is saying that there is no booklet coupon available in the company and they forced us to take bottles by cash with high price. We don’t want to deal with cash at this Covid19 situation, especially most cases , our family are alone there at home, which we have already reported to their company. But still no action has been taken yet.

We have been regular customers for 6 years and before 6 months they had such good quality but since 6 months the customer care aren't answering our calls or replying to my messages and also there Cap and bottles are very damaged and whenever I try to complain to them they do not respond .Very disappointed. My opinion is if u can't give good service then better close the company

Unfortunately, lately customer service is absolutely horrible. New management is definitely needed. What is going on? They are not delivering when they say they will and ignore texts. Such a shame because the water is very good.

I have been used the Manhal water company, and they are send me water on time every Saturday with no late and if I forget to but the bottle the ring the doorbell, helpful and nice taste , Thankyou 🤲

Very bad experience they don’t bother about customer at all. Last 2 weeks they are not delivering water saying that sales manager having holiday
