Al Marzouqi Towers,

I am extremely dissatisfied with the management and customer service. The staff's attitude and manner of speaking are rude and unprofessional. They treat tenants as though they are receiving accommodation for free, despite paying rent and fulfilling their obligations. I expect respectful communication and better customer service going forward.

Good building it has 4 level of parking good view. Pool, sauna, steam. And coming soon Night to Night hypermarket

It is good buidling and good rooms. there are diffrent blocks. if you want to come here, firts you have to know your block number and complete address. now they are managing parking in little better way. sheraton fourpoints hotel is in this building.

Al Marzouqi Tower A is a residential building in Al Qasimia. It is part of Al Marzouqi Tower complex, also known as the CG Mall Complex, which has a shopping mall, a commercial tower, two residential buildings and a hotel tower – 4 Points by Sheraton. The building has 29 residential floors and two parking levels.

Good building with spacious rooms and flat maintenance. But swimming pool and gym are not properly managed.You find someone else parking at your space when you reach home.There is no coordination between security and managment,

Ideally located in the center of town close to shopping center, entertainment as well as business hubs. The building have four point Sheraton hotel in it, also an upcoming Carrefour.

Al Marzouqi Towers :- 4 Nos Mixed Use Towers @ Al Nad, Al Qasimiya, Sharjah, U.A.E. Four Points by Sheraton Hotel (32 story) + Office Tower (32 story) + 2 Nos. Residential Towers (29 story each) + Shopping Mall + 2 Basements + Landscapes & swimming pools.

Decent towers with residential, commercial, and office units. I have no actual experience as a tenant, this is my observation as a casual visitor to the office building.

معاملة سيئة من مكتب وخصوصاً أحمد رشدي عند إسترجاع شيك التأمين يحسبون التنظيف ودهان وصيانة فلا يبقى لك درهم نفس الشيء للبناية مقابل حديقة الصافية في مجاز 3 صيانة عاطلة جداً

Conveniently located well maintained business towrer, having adjacent paid car parking.
