⭐☆☆☆☆ EXTREMELY RUDE. Very disappointing experience with almasam.ae. I placed and paid for my order online, but it was never delivered. Their customer service is only available via WhatsApp, which is unreliable and inconsistent—they kept giving delivery dates that were never honored. When I finally managed to reach them by phone, the experience got worse. The representative was shockingly rude, went off on irrelevant personal remarks, and then insulted me before hanging up. This is not just poor service—it’s a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from them.

Omar and Sana were a great team that went above and beyond to ensure I received items extremely last mintue. Would highly recommend - especially for their customer service and their products.

I had a very disappointing experience at this stationery shop. I purchased a scale for AED 18, but when I immediately asked to return or replace it (as it was not the right one needed), the response from the front desk staff was extremely unhelpful and rude. For such a small amount, I expected basic courtesy and customer service, but instead I experienced the worst attitude from their sales person. On top of that, customers are paying for parking just to visit their shop, yet they don’t value customer satisfaction at all. Very poor service.

It was the first and last transaction In response to your unjustified insult, if I wanted it through illegitimate means, I would have requested it while I was at the location, or I would have sent it to you from my personal email, not the company email. 😏💔

Worst experience treating customer, even he judge people who is new to products without any consideration. Idiotic behaviour. Said i ve been running buisness for years i know much about customers, so and so..

I bought so many products from this shop for my art, amazing products with great prices also the staff was very helpfull and they have excellent variety of art supplies.

That was fast. I got a confirmatory email immediately after I paid for the order online. Thereafter, I was actually expecting the products to arrive the following week, since I ordered two days before Eid Al Adha and I live in a different emirate. Not even 24 hours later, I received a message stating that it was already near my area and was out for delivery. Nevertheless, I received the items in pristine condition (cutting through all that packaging tape is totally worth it). Will definitely recommend. Thank you.

I wish i could rate 0. we used tomake our professional purchases from them. I went to their store this morning. since i have been in the uae i have never been so badly served. no one is looking at me, all he says is that he does not have the product. I beg to order him, he says he can't. I tell them I can then order on their website and click and collect in the store, he says in this case you have to call before going. in this case what is the store for what is the staff for? I did not understand.

Zero Star. I had an extremely disappointing experience in this shop. Not only was the customer service appalling, but they also sold me the wrong items and refused to refund my money. I ended up losing my hard-earned money due to their negligence. When I pointed out their mistake and sought assistance, the staff was shockingly rude and dismissive. Instead of addressing the issue, they acted as if it was my fault, even though the product clearly didn’t match what I had requested. Their unwillingness to resolve the matter left me stuck with something completely useless. To make matters worse, the store was chaotic and poorly managed. No one seemed to know what they were doing, and the overall experience was frustrating and stressful. For a stationery store, I expected at least basic courtesy and professionalism—this place offered neither. I will never shop here again, and I strongly advise others to steer clear if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.

Felt cheated ....I checked the availability of a product on their website at a certain price but when i went to purchase it at their shop they charged extra for the same product saying its VAT (whereas d difference was much more than the VAT)..when told d same they argued that the price in shop is different and that i can go n shop from wherever else i want to. ..but how can price on their own website be different from their store price.its like deceiting the people who go to their shop to buy..

On my request, my husband bought a happy birthday balloon string which generally is sold for around 20 dhs in other shops. This same string was sold for 90dhs here!. On knowing that it is sold for a much lesser price in other shops he confronted the sales person but it only led to a heated discussion and after much persuasion they allowed to exchange for other item of the same value...we felt cheated.

My online research had led me to believe this shop was much larger than it actually is. Limited products available. Friendly staff.

Had a very great experience dealing with Al masam stationery.. placed the order online and requested free delivery. The stock list was upto date.. the price was good and also allowed me to do bank transfer.. the management kept their promise of delivering in 2-4 days.. they even delivered an additional item i requested later and paid after 2 days of being delivered… i suggest the customers to be more understanding of what exactly they want and respect the business as a whole they are not dealing with one customer they have 1000s

We've been dealing with them from last 4-5 years. It's been amazing service till day. Just a call/email away and delivery will be either on the same day or next day at your doorstep. Cheers to the Al Masam Team!!

Today I visited the store to buy several products that I had already seen online. I was very surprised to find that one of the products was 20 dirhams more than the price on the website. When I asked the seller, he only told me that since there are so many stores, some items on the website had different prices. To be honest, I was very unhappy with his response. I was already there and needed the items, but to me it makes no sense that they have different prices in the store and on the website if they are the same company.

Al Masa is a fantastic shop with exceptional staff. In particular, ubaid from the sales team provided outstanding service during my visit. he was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect items. The overall shopping experience at Al Masa was delightful, thanks to the attentive and helpful staff like ubaid. I highly recommend this shop for its great products and wonderful customer service! 🛍️👏

The sales lady at this store straight up BERATED my mom on phone call, she did not take responsibilty for a faulty item and refused to take a customer's complaint about the item forward with the manufacturer (the item in question was faulty in terms of quailty, which my mother has used many times previously). She used to love the store, found their prices resonable and onbly ever went their for her art supplies, but will never go back again. She also would never recommend that anyone go there. It's not worth your time, money and effort.
