Very bad service they take too much time to fix documents no organization, only 2 or 1 sometimes stuff for 30 people wanna renew contract ive been waiting to renew my contract more than 2 hoursss that’s so unprofessional

I am very disappointed with the communication and customer service. It is extremely difficult to reach the management team by phone, and calls are rarely answered. As a tenant, it is important to have proper access to the finance and management department, especially for urgent matters related to rent and account issues. I have tried calling multiple times during working hours but received no response. This lack of communication creates unnecessary stress and inconvenience for tenants. I hope the management improves their customer support, answers calls promptly, and provides better assistance to tenants. Professional and accessible communication is essential in real estate services.

Nilsa is a very kind person. She helped do the renewal even though I was late somehow. I appreciate her kindness and I would definitely like to deal with her again.

Terrible and unprofessional. They never answer calls, when they did I filed numerous noise complaints from the neighbours.. Almawarid always tell you we will look into it and update you then nothing happens... this has been going on for months and I keep following up and they simply dont answer the phone.
