Al Mheiri Building

I lived here from 2023 to 2025. Pros: i did not have any issues while living here. It was well maintained, family only, quiet and safe. The wall paint cracks cause of the poor insulation so you have to repaint evey year lol. But pests? Not a speck. I really loved my stay here but rent prices were high. Cons: i only had issues leaving this place. My deposit for a studio was 2K. THEY WERE CHARGING ME 7K. IMAGINE 7K. Please take a photo of every, and i mean, every nook and cranny, down to the back side of the toilet bowl, ao you can fend these thieves of a real estate management off.

The apartment is full of mould and the agency is charging you for maintenance which is crazy expensive and then I got my designer bags damaged. People don’t be deceived by the agency and building look outside, inside it is terrible.

Great place to live but Rocky Real Estate are thieves. Kiss your security deposit goodbye. I don't talk about me I talk about anyone who takes a rental property under their management. Enjoy the property but kiss goodbye your deposit if you want to see go sit in their office for a couple of hours in the waiting area and see the commotion when those poor tenants signing off are being looted in front of your own eyes.

I'm renewing my contract here, the flat price increased in a crazy way only so Rocky can kick you out and get a new tenant with a fresh deposit and commission, on top of that, they asked for a huge charge to renew the gas connection. I'm only renewing here so I won't lose my deposit and my commission

I am staying in this building , PLEASE HORRIBLE ! HORRIBLE ! THIS IS A SERIOUS ADVISE TO EVERYONE . DO NOT RENT ANY APARTMENT IN THIS BUILDING FROM ROCKY REAL ESTATE . ALL EQUIPEMENT AC , HEATER ARE NOT WORKING WE ARE SUFFERING AND WE COULD NOT REACH TO ANYONE . Lived here for 3 years! Beautiful building, clean, well maintained, spacious, very good finished and comes with home appliances!

I just shifted recently a few days ago, I like the building the area is quite there is a lot of super markets which is very important
