I honestly can't believe the experience I had at this facility today. I went the for a vehicle inspection renewal, something I was doing for the first time, so naturally I had a few questions about the process. I walked up to reception and asked what I thought was a very simple question, only to be met by one of the rudest person I have ever dealt with in customer service. The male attendant sitting on the left-hand side near the entrance was dismissive, arrogant, and incredibly unhelpful. I wasn't asking for anything complicated—just some basic guidance. Instead, I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience for simply asking a question. What made the situation even worse was that I never even got a clear answer. After being spoken to so disrespectfully, I decided to cancel my appointment and book my inspection elsewhere. It's disappointing that I woke up very early, made the effort to get there, and was treated this way. A little courtesy and professionalism would have gone a long way. Sadly, because of this experience, I will never set foot in this facility again. There are plenty of other places where customers are treated with respect and where staff are actually willing to help. This was a complete waste of my time and a very disappointing experience.

Front office staff - Mohamed Rashid was super helpful to the customers, he doesn’t neglect others unlike the other front desk staff. Really appreciate his supportive behavior and how he guides everyone regarding their queries and doubts.

Al Momayez Vehicle Testing – Al Mizhar has some of the rudest, most disrespectful staff I’ve ever dealt with. The staff outside the offices speak to customers in a condescending, aggressive, and humiliating way, as if people are their subordinates. Zero manners. Zero professionalism. Just pure attitude and arrogance. Asking a basic question is met with hostility instead of help. This is not authority — it’s abuse of position. Management should be embarrassed. Until there’s a complete attitude overhaul, avoid this place completely. If its possible to give zero stars, i would not give any…. Whats going in the testing area is going by mood not rules!!!!

Very disappointing experience at this vehicle inspection center. I visited to renew my registration after a short delay due to work commitments. The inspection process took much longer than expected, and there was confusion regarding my vehicle’s color change approval despite already having the required certificate from Dubai Police. After waiting for the inspection to be completed, I was informed that additional approvals and fees were required because the vehicle color did not exactly match the system records. This resulted in even more waiting time and unexpected charges. Overall, the process took more than two hours for a simple registration renewal. In addition, appointments appear to be mandatory, which makes the process less convenient for customers with urgent schedules. I hope the management improves communication, reduces waiting times, and makes the process more efficient for customers.

Doesnt know how to answer their phone! What a toxic branch! The staff were very rude, and no one was managing the queue properly. People kept cutting the line without any control. It honestly seemed like the branch manager was sleeping on duty. Very disappointing experience.

There is a guy who works there who is wonderful and does his jobs very well efficiently. He’s very kind and attentive. I’m happy to see exceptional employees.

المكان جدا صغير و المكيف حار وعدد المراجعين وايد ومافي خدمه متميزه يعني بس ابا اسلم اللوحات حوالي ساعه يرجى المراجعه من الجهه المختصه في ناس ما تقهر الحر

جو المركز حار وايد، تاكدوا من المكيفات.. حر هلكتا.. وقت الانتظار طويل وايد بالنسبه لنوعية المعامله اللي اتا ياي عشانها.. يعني المفروض الوقت يكون اقصر ولكن للاسف

Disappointing experience. I visited the center with a lady, but the person sitting at the reception was extremely rude and disrespectful even i didn't completed the service and left to other center. I don’t want to go into too much detail, but overall the behavior was unprofessional. Better visit any Tasjeel or Al Shamil.
