Becareful Some landlords have not paid service charge without which you cant register ejari, make sure all service charges are paid before renting. The owner also wants to push maintenance on tenant, the building looked good, but because of service charges not being paid i chose to not rent here

Never, ever rent Apartment 1510! The landlord is a complete fraud—shameless and deceitful. Before you rent, she appears to be a kind lady, happily agreeing to whatever requests you make. But the moment you move in, she turns into a different person, doing everything she can to take advantage of you and cheat you out of money. The lock on this apartment is a nightmare. Even if you have the key card, sometimes the door just won’t open. Once, I was locked outside for five hours wearing nothing but a swimsuit. The landlord refused to call a locksmith because she was fixated on bargaining the price down to under 500 AED. Since a locksmith cannot be called without her approval, I had no choice but to wait. In the end, once the fee was reduced below 500, she insisted that I pay for it myself. She also demanded that I cooperate with her to show the apartment to new tenants, regardless of my schedule. She even threatened to break in if I didn’t comply her demand. She used every possible trick to withhold my deposit. After dragging things out for nearly two weeks without providing any valid reason for deductions, she ended up keeping thousands of dirhams. Every single interaction with this landlord was a nightmare—draining, infuriating, and exhausting. In the end, I chose to let go of the money just to escape the misery. A costly lesson, but at least it’s finally over. Please don’t make the same mistake—stay away from this apartment and this landlord!

The buliding is good! But they have a worst employee! Security have no proper manner the way he treats to me is like a bossy material, you should ask nicely or proper way to people, it doesnt matter what culture we are! But he responce so rude and he was pointing finger at me while je was talking to me and so mad.... please train them the proper customer service!

ITS A VERY WELL MAINTAINED PROPERTY UNDER EMAAR DEVELOPMENT. THE APARTMENTS ARE GOOD SIZES AND THE AMENITIES ARE VERY FUNCTIONAL AND MAINTAINED.

Al Murad towers is the Best building in Al Barsha 1 , Emaar is managing the building in excellent way.

Excellent building with perfect location near to amenities, including Mall of Emirates, supermarkets, masjids, and restaurants etc.

How much the number of the management of this building asking for leasing 1 bedroom Please help (no broker direct from owner)
