Today morning while traveling to Dubai, I witnessed something very heartwarming at your shop. I saw a few people taking food packets kept in a corner table, and I noticed that they were not paying for them. At first, I was confused why the shopkeeper didn’t ask for payment. After observing for a while, I understood that it was a kind initiative from your side—providing food for free to those in need. I even saw one person come back happily and share the packet with his friend, which was really touching. This is a truly wonderful and meaningful effort. It helps people who are struggling and spreads kindness in the community. I really appreciate this initiative—please keep it going. I haven’t purchased anything from your shop yet, but after seeing this, I would definitely like to support your business. Insha Allah, I will visit and buy something when I get the chance.

للأسف كانت تجربة سيئة جدًا وغير متوقعة، خصوصاً أن الطلب يتعلق بمنتج غذائي سريع التلف. طلبي تأخر منذ يوم أمس، ولم يتم التعامل مع رسائلي على الواتساب باهتمام، ووصل الطلب اليوم حوالي الساعة 12:45 ظهرًا بحالة غير جيدة إطلاقًا. القيمر كان ذائبًا بسبب عدم وجود تبريد أو ثلج مناسب، والتغليف غير محكم، ولا يوجد تاريخ انتهاء واضح على المنتج، وهذا أمر مقلق جدًا خصوصًا بوجود أطفال. ما أزعجني أكثر هو أسلوب الموظفة التي لم تعتذر عن التأخير أو سوء حالة الطلب، بل اكتفت بإعطاء أعذار بسبب ضغط العيد، وقالت لي عبارة غير مهنية: “لا تشعري بالسوء لأن السوء سيأتيك”. خصوصًا أننا في الإمارات ودرجات الحرارة مرتفعة جدًا، ومن غير المقبول توصيل منتجات ألبان دون حفظ أو تبريد مناسب، لأن ذلك قد يعرّض صحة الناس للخطر. أي مشروع غذائي يجب أن يضع سلامة العملاء وجودة المنتجات وخدمة العملاء في المقام الأول.

This is an Iranian Arabic sweet & Bakery shop. If you would like to try Bakery and sweet, then this is the place for you. Visited that shop a few times. They serve different kind of Bakery and sweet items. They are mostly famous for their high quality Sweets and Bread items with high standard of service. In terms of taste and authenticity of their food Items, they are very good, and the flavours and the balance of richeness are good. Through the price is on little higher side. My expectations for Arabic sweets and Bread matched, Taste and freshenss of their breads very high. There were some standout sweet gift items that particularly impressed me with their gift pack for festival season. It is really awesome, and I am fully impressed. But comapre the other store who sells those sweets and Bakery items price wise little bit on higher side. They have a huge variety of menu, so you can choose anything from their menu. Assess the variety and range of itlems available on the menu. This restaurant offers a diverse selection of dishes. They are really for vegetarians and individuals with specific dietary preferences are not applicable. The quality of service was nice and the staff friendly, attentive and theie knowledge about the Items. They can provide some recommendations on your prefer choice but mostly they are nice. The attendant lady was very nice and kind. The ambience and atmosphere were good and we can't expect more from a sweet bakery shop. Only one drswback they have that is they dont have any sitting option only take away ootions are available. They have no inside & outside sitting option. So you have to take away your food outside for enjoyment. They have some nice layout and ambience inside their shop where all items easily accessible and well maintained. Assessing the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the shop is nice. Floor was clean nicely, and they maintained that hygiene well. Whole area and overall environment were well-maintained and up to the mark. If there were any drawback features that are their no sitting arrangement. Similarly, there are some areas where the restaurant could improve, such as I door table needed for the customer who want to enjoy their sweets and bakery items at same place. My overall experience it is a nice clean ambience sweet and bakery shop with average good taste and on a higher price. long story sort: Nice clean shop, Good variety of bakery items, High price and with good Taste.

من المخابز البغدادية البسيطة الجميلة عند زيارتي اشعر وكأني في بغداد المنصور تعدد الخيارات رائع.. اتمنى لهم كل التوفيق والنجاح One of the simple, beautiful Baghdadi bakeries. When I visit, I feel as if I am in Baghdad, Al-Mansour. The multiplicity of options is wonderful.. I wish them all success and success.

The hospitality was stunning 😍 ✨️ and very welcomed. Shop well cleaned and items were very good arranged 😌 . Shop typically iraqi items and fresh made. I got a recommendation from an iraqi friend, and thanks for this recommendation. The best for me was ( iraqi fresh KEMAR) ... fresh cream , also iraqi bread. 😍✨️👏💖💖 .

The best Iraqi/arabic sweets in UAE. Simply this place has EVERYTHING you could need. Swwet or not sweet. Tha baklava is just divine! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Catering from them is such a relief. You get amazing quality products. Everything is newnand fresh and the taste is just exquisite! Paid Parking is available. You can also park across the street and use the underground tunnel to cross the street. They also take cash and card.

زرت فرع الشارقة اللي في شارع الوحدة.. الطعام جيد والمنتجات رائعة، لكن الخدمة من الموظفات سيئة جدا وبطيئة كأنك جاي تشتري من بيت ابوهم. ولفت نظري عندما خرجت من المحل بعض من الشباب العاطل عن العمل ينتظر بالخارج متذمرين يشتكون من الموظفات وعند استفساري منهم تبين أن المخبز جزاه الله خيرا يضع بعض من الخبز والطعام مجانا لمن لا يملكون ثمنه ولكن بعضهم أخبرني ان الموظفات يعطونه لفئة معينة من الناس مثل معارف او واسطات((حتى التبرع صار واسطة)) ولا يتم وضعه الطاولة للتوزيع حسب كلامهم.

Visited al Rabat sweets al Wahda ,last right the sweet was too good(A1) but the staff over there is very rude ,I guess she is a manger ( her attitude was treating like if u want you buy or else just get out the store… it’s not the first time it happen many times when we went there … I guess that lady must be thrown out of the store… overall the sweets was A1
