Not very big mall but is very neat and tidy. Interior design is also good. Not usually populated and a cool place for indoor dining. Go there if you want a little space around you while shopping.

When people are in love, they put the person on a pedestal. When people like a place, they upgrade the category. Al Rais Shopping Centre is more times been referred to as AL RAIS MALL than I recall. A small collection of mix use stores and being placed inside a residential building, never too crowded, yet with a set of dedicated and repeat shoppers. And yes, they do not have a coffee shop as one of the outlets. But there is a relatively inexpensive restaurant 50M away, where one doesn't pay premium price and "top dollar" for a Cup O Jo.

Over 70 people are stranded at the Douala airport because of transit. Your tickets online don't make provision for the 1 day stop over at Kigali. They are all direct flights and we paid and got to the airport we were refused traveling. Kindly update your flights online so travelers are aware they will be spending 1 day in Kigali. It's very bad to people to spend money like this.

Al rais shopping centre do not have to much shopping option. But have lots of airlines. Ticketing and tourism option. Have lots of offices on m floor. No free parking facility for shoper. Have saloon. Studio. Money exchange. Public toilet for male and ladies. Al Rais travel agency has very big office there.

Went to a rent a car office there. Good small market place on the connecting lane to the main road

Quite famous in olden days due to new shopping areas it has become less foot fall area but still going on

In side of raise shopping center there is clinic the name and is Vidal clinic doctors are very good and cheeper also
