Very bad place to live and very bad service. To get rid of the insect you have to pay coz they don't provide this service. Coz they have their own spray that unfortunately is useless.and not allowed to ur guest to use tennis table even if no one use it Very bad management. With every contact renewal they want increase rent while the the rent in market goes down.

The best place .. Im a resident here. Their service is the highlight .

Amazing pool, nice apartments, most residents work at Sidra Medicine

I'm not sure where these reviews are coming from but in comparison to what is out there for the price you pay, this place is not up to standard, this is an honest review. Firstly yes the pool is huge but it's good because you can stay away from people while you swim, however spa rooms are mouldy, outdated and smell. Gym is good, there's one upstairs for anyone and a mini female one downstairs. There's dry cleaning, store, salon, barber and indoor play ground for kids in the clubhouse. All ok. The playground outside is a joke, it should be a priority to fix it up for the kids! Its outdated, the swings are so low to the ground there is a pathway that goes through the playground that my kids have fallen and twisted their ankle on. Parking is a nightmare if you have big cars, there's never enough and the basement depending on your spot will not fit your car. It's better if you have smaller car. Some people have to park outside the compound Now inside, nothing is sealed properly the front door, balcony doors, windows all have gaps causing roaches to find their way inside. You always have to call maintenance to come and spray the place but I don't like so much chemicals. Maintenance by the way is amazing and always helpful, I appreciate them and their hardwork. Also, the balcony door locks from the outside. So you can lock yourself on the balcony if you dont leave it open. The bathrooms are ok except the sink, it mounts to the wall without a pedestal, it fell on my daughter and she had to go to the hospital and get stitches in her arm and leg. They did replace it same day and put one with a pedestal which hose broke less than 6 months later and sprayed hot water all over the place. Maintenance is always busy doing something. The bedroom windows and balcony door should have a mesh to protect from bugs so we can leave the windows open when the weather is nice. The walls in my corridor always have water damage they've come to try and repair it and literally two days later it is the same again. It looks very ugly and I cannot stand it. Not to mention I'm allergic to mould so if the place isn't properly aired out I get sick. Furniture is ok, I dont like the rugs but when we came everything was clean and in good condition. In the kitchen the electricity sockets scare me because it's lose on the walls, not secure and sometimes the oven works sometimes it doesn't. Same with microwave. The fridge is ok, they just made it look cool by putting cabinet doors on the outside to blend in with cabinets. But they've wallpapered the cabinets making it difficult to keep clean. The coffee table in the living room is massive and heavy, it fills up the entire area. They should really understand that less is more when renting. I've sent emails to administration and haven't had a reply so this is why I'm writing an honest review. I'm not sure what the villas are like, as i live in an apartment. You can go elsewhere and get a better quality of living. I will add photos.

One of the best places to live in in Qatar with the great community and and some of the best every facilities with one of the biggest pools plus a great management I used to live here but had to leave the country if your are looking to rent these is the place to be

The worst housing in doha , the rent is high because they depend on sharing the flat with multiple families , stuffed parking lots and exhausted enviroment

Quit nice and walled living area with having club house and recreation facilities inside the compound.

The community especially the masjid group is good

Always kept clean, large pool and grear selection at the compound's Strawberry Mart which offers to apartment delivery.
