Very slow and disorganized service. The staff is rude! I went there to get my flu shot and it took forever.

Dubai health authority primary health center and medical fitness center Well organised place with lot of health care facilities available here. Experienced doctors nurses and other staffs giving good care with patients. Dental treatment available here

I come here to get vaccine.Staff can’t cooperative with people.no people available at reception,i wait for 2 hour.specifically security people behavior very rude,he enjoy music

So I had my vaccine there. First off, the employees, doctors and nurses are so nice. However, I was stuck there for literally 2 hours. The queue was moving as slow as a snail. Everyone in the queue was angry and some people started talking strictly about it. I didn’t judge until I saw why they are always late. They basically do 3 things: data entry, blood pressure and the vaccine. The first one is the problem. It takes them a hell of time to do the most simple data entry on Excel. I hope these doctors or nurses get enough training on these technical issues so they save people’s time.

打疫苗排队的时间太长，负责注射疫苗了医生应该是树懒.平均1小时打一针 医生在 Excel 上输入最简单的数据需要花费大量时间。我希望这些医生或护士在这些技术问题上得到足够的培训，从而节省人们的时间。

Now i understand why there is not at all rush. Please mention it outside that its open not for expats, we people approach with a hope in such centers, and the lady who sits at the lecture room please be polite and humble to the people who approaches to your room, even though you wear face mask we do understand. The security team behaves much better and friendly than the lady who sits in the registration room who approaches for any help.

Professional, Polite and very quick. I had come here for medical assessment for Visa renewal. The staff here are very friendly and very quick and efficient. My in and out time, was 7 minutes. They might not have enough parking in the Visitor parking area (however, don't worry), if you exit the facility and take the next right, you will have other parking places (you will just need to walk few minutes).

Been there for many reasons, visa renewal, my daughters vaccination, and various medical registrations that needed to be done, and every single time I've been there, the staff were great, nurses and doctors not only proffesional, but also very well mannered. As for queues and waiting, it was always well organized and pretty quick. As for the safety, after covid period, its one of the best, all safety regulations were in place and well executed. Im an expat, and as an expat, whenever I went there, I was always well recieved.

Bad experience from the nursing service.The customer has the right to choose the center for vaccinating their child either in DHA or private sector .The nurse dosn't have any right to question the client for choosing the center.If they are providing it free of cost ,it does not mean they can be rude and showing unprofessional attitude!!! The nurse was talking in a rude way and didn't even care that she was dealing the procedure with a baby.The security staffs behave well...

The worst vaccination center in the world!!! All Chinese people who has visit visa come here to get vaccine and if they have mobile number issue and want to change they just let us write in the paper to security and tell administrators will change number in the system. Unfortunately I write there 3-4 times they didn’t do anything. Not organised at all and staff is rude. Even if I tell the number wasn’t changed I came 4 times they don’t care again say the same thing write your details later they will change in the system.

One of the worst clinics I've been too. The receptionists are rude and unhelpful. The nurses are bad. The lab staff are bad. The doctors are good or bad depending on your luck that day. One doctor was so rude and judgmental and made my mother feel so bad about her illness. Dubai always strives to be the best and I hope DHA starts getting these clinics to match UAE high standards, specially for this clinic which is populated with not only Emiratis but expats and tourists.

اتمنى لو لمرة يردون ع تلفوني واتصالاتي ... تعيسييين ... اتصل من الصبح لين آخر ساعة من الدوام ومحد يرد . عفانا وين اقدر اشتكي على ريسبشن العيادة التعيسة ... مفروض توظفون ناس تهتم وترد ... صح الاولوية للمراجع بس المتصل بعد له أهمية

Some Staff members don’t know how to do their jobs! Slowest service you can get! I went to this clinic many times ever since they opened as I live in the same neighborhood! Changed to private sector cause they’re more professional.

من أفضل المراكز الطبيه في دبي. جهود جباره و خدمات مميزه. من أهم مميزاته التي اندثرت في الآونة الأخيره الفصل بين اقسام الرجال والنساء ويبدأ ذلك بالتسجيل عند دخول المستشفى. مشكلته الوحيده المواقف قليله ومدخل العياده للسياره ضيق بعض الشيء وحاليا لا تزال اعمال مشروع قناة دبي المائيه مستمره ومسببة الكثير من التحويلات حول العياده.

***Dermatology center***Any Dermatology problem has to visit Al safa for those go thru DHA**

Stay away from this Clinic if you're a tourist, you'll have bad treatment as soon as you contact registration. Worst clinic I've ever visited, super rude ladies at the front desk. Definitely not for international travellers.

Nice employees, very quiet place and well organized. My kid has his flu shot in no time. I do recommend

The nurse who was in room 1 today morning ( around 8:40 to 8:55 took the blood test very fast although there was no rush at all . It was done in a very casual way with no preparation . I could feel the pain instantly and the area still pains for long and is bruised . I have seen a similar feedback before and it is surprising the center has not taken any action against this . A medical center that is not able to take a basic blood test !!!

垃圾！打个疫苗等了五个小时，十分钟一个人。聘用的都是上了年纪的印度护士。
