Al Safa Tower

Urban Lifestyle is the worst place I’ve ever stayed. The property was filthy, infested with huge cockroaches, and the bed sheets and towels were stinky. The entire setup was unorganized, and the staff was rude and unhelpful. To make matters worse, they refused to refund my money. Completely unacceptable experience.

It’s just in the center of Dubai.. A moderately place to live but in terms of communication this is the best place to live if you don’t use car or so. All the eateries and cafes nearby. Metro station is 30 sec away and bus stop is same too.

The building itself is top-class — great location, excellent offices, and well-maintained interiors. But I have to be honest… the lift queue was so long, I thought, ‘Why not just take the stairs to the 5th floor?’ Little did I know, this building had every kind of floor in existence: service floors, recreation areas, mezzanines, you name it! After climbing what felt like 5 levels, I finally saw the sign — ‘1st Floor.’ That’s when I knew I’d been tricked by architecture! By the time I reached the actual 5th floor, I was out of breath and already had a full cardio workout — before the meeting even began!

This building has 4 lifts – 2 of them are always out of order. There’s no maintenance at all. The building manager doesn’t get anything done. Everyone who comes from the office gets frustrated. The longest queue in Dubai is always in front of Al Safa Tower.

I don't understand on what basis they are still increasing the rent for rooms. total 4 lifts. 1 or 2 lifts always under maintenance. People need to stay on line more than 10 minutes for a lift. And building is full of cochoarchs.

I give this building a rating of 0. Terrible place. Where the authorities of Dubai look, this building is located in the very center of the city. From my experience with this building, I do not recommend anyone to stay here. Let's start with the fact that there is always a queue for the elevator, especially from 5 pm, when everyone returns home from work. There are 4 elevators, one is not working, 2 are shaking, especially number three, it feels like it is ready to break and fall. Inside the building, air conditioning does not work on any floor. Many apartments are dirty, with a musty smell of mold. Complete desentery. It is not even possible to leave the place of residence, as the security guards do not give this opportunity until 12 o'clock at night.

Worst building in the area. Dont go here. Daily queue on the elevator. Long waiting everyday. And the bldg manager that lives on 8th floor is so annoying.You are not even allowed to talk on the hallway while waiting for the lift to come. Dont even think of shifing your room here

If there was 0 star I would give it 0 because 1 is to much for a place like this

The house owner physically attacked me last night with 4 more friends, I'm injured and I cannot walk, they all ran away when police came and the house owner stayed still and accused me of my beer smell, so the dubai Police was useless

The worst tower on the face of the earth. There is a daily queue just to get to your home. For two months now, the elevator has been broken. The building remains dependent on only 3 elevators!!!!!

the security guard's attitude is very bad bad service experience

The building is not proper maintained. they keep on raising rent.

Am staying in 15 th floor...am Afridi about fire will cause because that much maintanence only having

Absolutely convenient place, right next to Emirates towers metro station, near a bus stop, grocery in the same building and close to a hypermarket which is open 24×7. Mashalah

The night security (Bangladeshi man) needs to be replaced because he's always asking money from the tenant's add on that he's using his job on his own benefits only.

The place is really good but inside building it's normal and elevator system is too bad
