I stayed at this hotel and unfortunately it was a very bad experience. The staff were not helpful, and the room was extremely small and not clean. There was hair on the pillow and visible mold in the toilet fan, which is unacceptable for any hotel. I also paid an extra 10 BD for a small bed in the room, but instead of providing a proper bed, they brought a so-called “free” mattress, which felt misleading and unprofessional. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. The AC did not work for two days. Every time we called reception, they said someone would come to fix it. A staff member came 5–6 times, entered the room, looked at the AC control, did nothing, and left. At one point, they said it would be fixed in 30 minutes, but nothing ever happened. Later they claimed the AC was “iced” and promised to send someone to fix it — again, nothing was done. Their final solution was to offer a room change, but we refused because we had already cleaned the room ourselves and were worried the new room would be even dirtier. To make things worse, the food made us sick. Overall, this hotel lacks cleanliness, proper maintenance, and basic customer service. I would not recommend staying here.

Overall, the hotel is good, but not excellent. My main issue was with the bathroom — specifically the toilet area, which was extremely narrow. It was so tight that I had to sit at an angle to use it comfortably. Additionally, when I tried to hang my clothes in the bathroom, the rod fell off. I also tried calling the reception several times, but no one answered. I hope the management considers improving these aspects for future guests.

الفندق جميل لو كان فيه مراجعة للاسعار بسبب صغر الغرف بشكل لم اتوقع الحجم . قلة العوازل بين الغرف وكذلك اتساخ الزجاج الخارجي وحجب رؤية المدينة من الاعلى .

موقع الفندق ممتاز و الموظفين ودودين. بركة السباحة نظيفة و الغرفة مرتبة. الملاحظة الوحيدة هي في بوفية الافطار يحتاج للتنويع اكثر. وجود كافي كاريبو ٢٤ ساعة و سوبر ماركت ٢٤ ساعة يدعم الموقع و كذالك وجود المساجد و الحسينيات قريبة

الفندق جدا جميل وموقعه ممتاز جميع الخدمات قريبه والاستقبال جدا متعاونين ومبستمين الافطار جميل ومنوع ولاكن الشباك المطل على البحر متسخ اتمنى النظر فيه The hotel is very beautiful and its location is excellent. All services are close by, and the reception staff are very helpful and smiling. The breakfast is lovely and varied, but the window overlooking the sea is dirty; I hope you will look into that.

سكنت في فندق السلام لمتابعة حالة والدتي المنومة في مستشفى السلام، والفندق قريب من المستشفى وهذا سبب اختياري لهم (ليس لهم علاقة بالمستشفى، فقط تشابه بالإسم). ملاحظاتي كالتالي… الإيجابي: - القرب من مستشفى السلام. - السرير المريح. - التكييف الجيد. - الثلاجة الفارغة (مناسب لمن لديه أدوية، ويحب التسوق الخاص لمحتوى الثلاجة). - قوة ضخ الدوش/الشاور. - سعر الغرفة. - الخدمات المجاورة لمبنى الفندق. السلبي: - روائح التدخين (الفندق بالكامل لغير المدخنين). - أصوات حمام الغرفة المجاورة عالية ومزعجة. - براغيث وحشرات بالحمام والغرفة. - قوة دفع سيفون الحمام تقذف بالماء القذر على سطح الكرسي وخارج الكابينيه (على المستخدم والأرض). - استخدام نوعية الشطاف مزعجة. - لا يوجد قنوات تلفزيون، يجب أن تشترك في شاهد أو نتفليكس أو يوتيوب. - فتح باب الدولاب يغلق باب الحمام. - الدولاب غير مصمم لتعليق الثياب/الدشاديش. - أنوار قوابس الكهرباء الحمراء، مزعجة أثناء النوم. هل ممكن أسكن فيه مرة ثانية؟ لأ

الفندق موقعه ممتاز واسعاره مناسبه وتعامل جيد وافطاره متوسط ومتنوع فقط ملاحظه اذا طلبت شي او واجهت مشكله في النت او طلب التنظيف من الافضل متابعته والحرص على اصلاحه في وقته ايضا مواقف السيارات متوفره وقريب من سوبر ماركت كبير

الفندق موقعه جميل لاكن الغرف صغيره والسعر بالنسبه للغرف واجد عليه العزل صفر الغرفه الي جنبك تسمع سوالفهم حفظت اساميهم ، الفطور جدا عادي افطر برا اوفر لك ، تجربه لن تتكرر

I was dissatisfaction with the unprofessional and discourteous behavior I experienced during my stay at your hotel. Prior to my arrival, I had a clear agreement with the reception staff member named Aisha regarding specific room arrangements. Unfortunately, upon check-in, this agreement was not honored at all, and the room provided was completely different from what had been agreed upon. More concerning than the room issue was the unwelcoming, rigid, and uncooperative attitude displayed by the receptionist. Instead of offering assistance or showing basic hospitality, her manner was strict, dismissive, and lacked any sense of customer care. This behavior is unacceptable and does not reflect the standards expected from a professional hotel establishment. As a guest, I expected respect, transparency, and adherence to agreed arrangements. The experience I encountered caused significant inconvenience and left a very negative impression of your hotel’s service quality. I request that this matter be taken seriously, reviewed internally, and that appropriate action be taken to prevent similar incidents in the future. I also expect a formal response addressing this complaint.

حجزت فيه لمده ٤ ايام خلال شهر ديسمبر ٢٠٢٥ الموقع ممتاز كل شي حولكم يصلح للعوايل مقابله سبتي هايبر ماركت وجنبه على اليسار صراف وكوفي ومطاعم انصح فيه بصراحه

Wir hatten eine ganz durchschnittliche Erfahrung im Hotel. Positiv würde ich das Hotelpersonal bewerten. Dieses ist sehr freundlich und ist uns auch mit dem Preis für das Zimmer entgegengekommen. Leider konnten wir die AC nicht anschalten, da dann das Zimmer angefangen hat nach Zigarettenrauch zu riechen (vermutlich wurde dieser über die Hotellüftungsanlage übertragen). Das Frühstück entsprach nicht unserem persönlichen Geschmack. Leider gab es auch nur löslichen Kaffee und insgesamt war der Speiseraum lieblos eingerichtet. Dennoch stimmte für uns das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und man kann es grundsätzlich weiterempfehlen.

خدمات سيئه ، مواقف مافي مناشف مافيه مناديل مافي غرفه وصخه جدا . الفطور الله يعز النعمه خساره تدفع فيه مبلغ.

I enjoyed very much every day of my stay. Friendly people, excellent service, nice food. Receptionists, house keepers, management, restaurant workers, every one working them best, with care for every guest. Thanks Al Salam Hotel for perfect hospitality, hope to stay here again !

I was sitting in the hotel lobby where this Caribou is located, using one of the hotel’s couches because the café seating area had no power sockets and the AC wasn’t even working. After buying my coffee from Caribou, I was told to leave apparently, the hotel owner doesn’t allow customers to sit unless they’re staying at the hotel. Seriously? I’m a paying customer, and I’m being kicked out because I dared to sit somewhere comfortable? The staff were rude, dismissive, and clearly not trained in basic hospitality. Caribou should be ashamed to operate in such a pathetic, unwelcoming environment. This place is a joke - never returning, and I’d warn anyone else to steer clear
