We had very good experiences here. My son Hayagreev had speech delay we took speech therapy with sneha ma’am . She is the one who find out his tongue tie then after his tongue tie release procedure his speech clarity is improved. Sneha Ma’am is the best and very knowledgeable. We are 100% happy with Al soor clinic speech therapy. Thank u sneha Ma’am and team.

My experience with Soor clinic was worst the appointment system they had is very poor waiting for getting new appointments always two week apart. Five time they gave me wrong appointments wrong timing and for every next appointment I have to wait two weeks. Even doctors are not good in adjusting time if you are late for your appointment they will charge you full and give you less time. They are asking to wait for hours for our appointments and we can't be delayed for 10 ,15 minutes. What kind of system is that very unprofessional.

The receptionist in the OT department is friendly and approachable. Deepest thanks to Ms. Hima for her patience and commitment while working with my child in occupational therapy. We're noticing wonderful improvements in him and we feel happy and amazed everytime he does the same at home. As Ms. Hima explained, our role is to continue at home what is being practiced during the sessions. We look forward to witnessing more progress in my child especially since he has now started with speech therapy.

We had a very positive experience at Al-Soor Specialty Clinic, Sharjah for my child’s treatment for mild attention and speech-related concerns. Well organized clinic with very good front desk, nursing and other supporting staffs. The assessment and guidance were handled with great care and professionalism. A special thanks to Ms. Lakshmi (Psychologist) for her detailed and thoughtful assessment, and Dr. Jeena (Psychiatrist) for her clear guidance and support throughout the process. We are also very grateful to the therapists Madam Hima and Madam Sneha for their patience, dedication, and child-friendly approach. Overall, the team made us feel comfortable, relaxed and confident, and we’ve seen encouraging progress in our child...... Highly recommended for any psychiatric/psychological concerns of any age....

We had a very satisfactory consultations with the doctor [Dr. Elizabeth Kurian]. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and clearly a specialist in their field. I truly appreciate the quality of care and the clarity she provided throughout the visits.

I’m very impressed with the quality of treatment I received here; the results speak for themselves. The staff is incredibly polite and made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. One suggestion for the management: It would be great if you could implement a system to take appointments in advance. It would help patients plan their day better and make your excellent service even more seamless!"

I am saying this with a lot of sadness. I have been a patient at Al Sour Clinic for many years. Initially, I consulted Dr. Balan, and later I started seeing Dr. Nimitha. I was very comfortable with Dr. Nimitha. When I recently went to the clinic to see her, I was informed that she had left.She is truly a wonderful doctor. She understands her patients’ situations, speaks with empathy, and treats them with genuine care. More than that, as someone whose life was positively transformed because of her support and treatment, I feel deeply grateful to her.Since she left, I had to consult another doctor, Dr. Elizabeth. Unfortunately, my experience was not good. For the first time at Al Sour Clinic, I felt that the doctor did not understand the patient’s condition properly. It was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience😔 and I feel Insult.

I only visited their psychiatrists so far and they are very easy to communicate with. They are well trained and open minded with treatment options, and always put the patient's best intrest/comfort first. The waiting time for each visit is long depending on the day but over all they provide amaizing services for the price. I'd call it the best priced Psychiatric clinic in the UAE

Dr. Nimita is an exceptional doctor who truly cares about her patients. She is professional, kind, and takes the time to listen carefully and explain everything in a clear and reassuring way. I was really scared as it was my first ever therapy session in life. But Dr Sakshi made me feel very comfortable and heard. She's an expert in her field. The only problem is its really difficult to get an appointment. All appointments are always more than 2 weeks away. I really can't wait that long. I decided to do therapy bcoz i need treatment, not to be on a waiting list all the time.

The waiting time is HORRIBLE and crazy long. You arrive, take a token, and you easily wait 2-3 HOURS to see the doctor. We talked to the lady at the reception 5 minutes ago, and they don’t seem to be interested in doing anything about this delay and lack of professionalism and respect to the clients. My friend and I have been here for the last 3 hours straight just so he can see his doctor for a few minutes. Although the prices are on the affordable side, the main problem is the waiting time.

Al soor specialist clinic is one of the best clinic in sharjah with affordable price for psychiatric, psychology, occupational therapy and also speech therapy. All staff are very polite and helpfull. This was my first visit and i really recommended. Thanks for the dedicated team.

Unfortunately, our experience was not a positive one. During a session, the occupational therapist was physical and aggressive with my son in a way I found inappropriate and upsetting. My child was clearly uncomfortable and distressed. Therapy should be a safe and supportive environment and this did not meet that standard. I am sharing this so other parents are aware and this does not happen to other children.
