طلبت تورته معينه واتفقت علي الواتس اب أنها متوفرة قبل ما اطلب وصلني تورتة تانيه خالص والاعتذار بسبب الضغط وان المفروض اقدم شكوي علي الابليكيشن اللي طلبت منه عشان فلوسي ترجعلي

One of the best places I have visited, which is 24 hours and all the bakery items are fresh mainly their crêpes and waffles are the best. The best part is that they have a very reasonable price for the bakery items and also sweets. The meat pastry was amazing.

سيء للغاية .. المنتجات سيئة ومنها منتهي الصلاحية .. لا تضيع أموالك .. so bad , not fresh and expired DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

للأسف كانت تجربه سيئة جداا ومش أول مره اتخدع فيهم لان كل الاكل عندهم بيبات ب 3والاربع ايام كانت طالب بفل شوكولاته للأسف اترمي ف الزباله وكان بايت بقالو اكتر من يومين واذا رجعت أدرة المخبز لا أحد يهتم لا انصح بتجربة المكان

للأسف كانت التجربة غير مرضية. اشتريت من عرض الكيك ولكن طعم الشوكولا ضعيف، وقوام الكيك غير فلافي ومتماسك بشكل غير جيد. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تم العثور على قطعة قصدير داخل الكيك، وهو أمر مقلق وغير مقبول. أتمنى الاهتمام أكثر بالجودة والسلامه

I’ve been ordering snacks and food from Sorour Bakery since a year and they have been the best in taste and customer service. Always made sure that we are happy. I cannot point out just one staff for the amazing service. The whole team is amazing and they make us feel like home. I’d love to see more of this. Kudos to the management!

I'm a staff before in this company Al sorour in Dubai. The company is good but the people handling or rather entrusted by the company to handle the establishment are not. In charges and managers are lack of knowledge in handling staff. They're thinking staff as a robot, lack of empathy, doesn't care about the staff at all. Maybe they will show concern when the staffs are dead. Because literally I experienced with no break at all and manager doubted you of doing nothing. That the only you do is selling. They don't see other things we do, they easily see flaws and mistakes of the staff but the hard work of the staffs are being ignored. Special mention in Al sorour bakery pronto in Dubai 1036 to pj pereir lack of knowledge on how to handle the staff. And the manager soltan who thinks staffs are like robots.

He said samoon coming in 5 minutes he made me wait for 30 minutes and then he said 10 more minutes, so i left buying some other bread after waiting

Their manaqeesh is always hot and fresh. They have an excellent variety of Arabic sweets and fresh breads. My favorite place to grab breakfast. Parking is available always early morning right in front of the bakery. Well done!

Ive been disappointed last 2days i order manakeesh the one who make the manakeesh not wearing Gloves Also the server is not good this time ive been coming often this bakery because the staff is very polite and welcoming and the food is delicious and affordable but last 2days the guy who serve me was not good his keep talking to another staff while taking my order not focusing on my order before the Girl who take my order was polite and always attentive but that day i dont see her.and also the samoon is not good same before also the cubus bread.

Such a warm welcome from all the staff.. they were so polite, friendly and cheerful. Service was top notch. As for their food.. we tried their cheese with meat manakish which was so yummy and fresh. I wish we had ordered one more because it was that good! Their croissants were fresh and buttery. We also tried their caramel and chocolate muffins. Both were delicious. Cannot wait to go back and try their other confectioneries.
