I visited the registration office today at Al Tabu Barsha mall and received a very warm welcome with such a smooth and seamless service by Abdulla Alsiddiqi. Even though there were some issues with the document I got and I thought I will have to go back to the bank but he sorted it out without creating any delay or hassle for me. He managed to ensure I don't have to go through any delay. Abdulla Alsiddiqi is great and I wish to always get an officer like him to deal with. Incredible service ! Abou Rashed and Ahmed made the whole process seamless. They helped me validated all the documents through WhatsApp before coming to them. By the time I reached all the documents were uploaded and the property transfer was done in a few minutes !

Unfair Double Charging for Ejari. I had a terrible experience with double charging here. I visited because the DLD app had a technical error. Instead of canceling my pending online request and creating a new one, the officer insisted on charging me twice. First, they took 177.75 AED for the "online link" via their POS machine. Then, they charged me an additional 212.12 AED as an "office fee." Effectively, I paid nearly 400 AED for a single Ejari. A professional office would have cleared the failed request and processed it as one transaction. Unfair pricing and zero customer support. they just took the the advantage of technical error on DLD and charged me twice.

I had a transfer today at Al Tabu Registration Trustee Office, and the experience was excellent. The staff were very welcoming, and the whole process was smooth with no delays. We just arrived, completed the transaction within minutes, and it was done. One thing I really appreciated is that they request all documents to be shared in advance, so everything is verified beforehand. This makes the process easy, fast, and hassle-free. I’ve been to this Trustee office on Friday and it came out that my real estate agent messed up with the appointment. That meant my deal couldn’t happen. I was absolutely frustrated because I already had ticket for Saturday morning and had to travel. The receptionists of the office were absolutely friendly and very helpful, they did their level best to solve out my problem and provided me a token to register the deal. The Customer Happiness Consultant Abdulla Al Siddiqi and Husein Albahri helped me a lot and registered my property deal into DLD system and got sure it would be registered, even though it was Friday and they supposed to close at 12 p.m, but they extended their working hours, because of my situation and the deal was registered. I highly appreciate all the efforts being done by all the staff involved. If I ever have property deals, I would definitely come back here, because I know, all the issues will be solved out on the best way & highest level of service. There is free of charge parking available in the shopping center. Highly recommended
