Al Tarbosh Al Shami Cafeteria

The staff is somewhat friendly but Suleiman at the main counter heavily discriminates customers from Arabs and Non Arabs. They give priority towards Arabs and leave the others sometimes waiting for upto 1.5 hours to receive a single shawarma as if they are inferior. If you asked me 3-4 months back I would say the shawarma is amazing but now it has a very weird sweaty almost lard like of taste which is horrible, sometimes the chicken has a refrigerator taste too. They shrunk the size of the 10 aed double shawarma to which it’s mostly garlic and barely any chicken and its thickness is the same as a pencil. I think they started accepting card payment which is good as cash payment is a huge inconvenience. I hope Tarbosh Al Shami will see my review and take the necessary actions to bring back equality, a better system for distribution and quality of food rather than cutting corners and overcharging customers.

زارت المطعم فرع البوطينه وكانت التجربة بشكل عام مش أحسن شى، لكن في نقاط لازم تتقال بكل صراحة. أول حاجة، شاورما الفراخ كانت لطيفة وطعمها حلو، واضح إنها متحضّرة كويس ونكهتها مظبوطة. ودي أكتر حاجة عجبتني في الزيارة. أما شاورما اللحمة فكانت مخيّبة شوية للتوقعات؛ اللحمة كانت ناشفة ومش فريش، وطعمها مش قد المستوى، وكمان مافيش أي طحينة معاها، وده أثّر جدًا على الطعم. وبالنسبة للبطاطس الشرائح، بصراحة مش منصح حد يطلبها كانت مليانة زيت وطعمها مش مظبوط خالص، وما حسّيتش إنها تتاكل. الخدمة كانت عادية، والمكان ضيق وزحمه ودوشه، لكن الأكل محتاج اهتمام أكتر وتطوير في الجودة. بشكل عام، تجربة محتاجة تحسين، خصوصًا في شاورما اللحمة وجودة البطاطس.

I AM A VERY OLD CUSTOMER FROM YOUR RESTAURANT, NORMALLY I ORDER FROM CAR AND TODAY I WENT TO DINE IN, THE OWNER/CASHIER WAS REALLY NICE AND RESPECTFUL, THE SERVING GUY, I DONT KNW HIS NAME IS SULAIMAN OR IBRAHIM WITH SPECS, HE IS SO RUDE... REALLY BROKE MY HEART THE WAY HE BEHAVED WITH US I WAITED FOR 25 MINUTES FOR ONE SINGLE SHAWERMA, HE ATTENDED OTHER CUSTOMERS WHO CAME AFTER ME AND HE LEFT ME WAITING AND COMPLETELY IGNORED ME, UNLESS I ASKED HIM 5 TO 6 TIMES ABOUT MY ORDER HE DOES NOT KNW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS- I KNOW THE RUSH IS TOO MUCH PEOPLE ARE SCREAMING AT HIM BUT I WAS VERY RESPECTFUL TO HIM WALLAHI I DID NOT MISBEHAVE WITH HIM... TRULY DISAPPOINTING💔

If you asked me 2 years earlier id say atleast the food is good but now the shawarma doesn't even taste good not to mention the way they treat non Arab customers. The people who run this place always serve the Arabs first and always treat other people like inferiors. horrible place

One of the finest shawarma cafeteria in Sharjah. The place is very crowded during weekends and evenings. We tried spicy chicken shawarma which is good taste and fresh.

The chicken shawarma and the falafel sandwich both were awesome👍. However the Beef shawarma had no flavour, no spice, totally bland... made me puke . It was dripping with fat and has a strong overpowering odour / smell, which was so off-putting like strong lard... The outer looks crispy but, the inner meat can be greasy or under-seasoned. I had 2-3 small bites and threw it away in the garbage. Beef shawarma here is not suitable for South Asian or Indian palette. The owner and the staff are not very friendly. Service is not great. But, they seem to be nice to Arabs.

Relished their chicken shawarma, which is also available in a spicy version that has a sauce similar to the Tabasco hot sauce. If you're not a fan of the hot sauce then skip the spicy shawarma. You will need to opt for saj bread if you prefer that over the khabous/Lebanese bread. Large shawarma is for AED 10 and regular is for AED 6.

A budget friendly shawarma spot with an offer of an avocado. Good spot for a quick snack or bite

I love this restaurant don’t get me wrong, but only if you drive or walk to it, waiting for the food to reach you is a nightmare, minimal 45 minutes “actual 45 minutes “ to get your food, even though my place is 5 minutes away WALKING, the thing is I crave it and after I order and the waiting game starts I just regret it every. Single. Time.

I have seen people traveling from various areas just to grab a bite to satisfy their craving for that perfect shawarma. There are not many places which sell meat shawarma, this is one place which offers the same. Highly recommended for both chicken and meat shawarma. Do try and give your reviews

Average meat Shawarma, better Chicken Shawarma, and great spicy chicken Shawarma. The place is small without any dine-in area. You place your order at the counter and wait outside until the order is ready to pick-up.

سلوك فظ لموظفي التوصيل ، متعجرف لدرجة أن صبي التوصيل حطم يده على سيارتي عندما قلت إنني لا أملك أي تغيير مقابل طلب صغير. Poor delivery system, rude behavior of delivery staff, arrogant to such extent that the delivery boy even smashes his hand on your car if you happened to say you have no change for a small order.

طلبنا منهم شورما وفلافل ف الطلب نسوا يطرشون الفلافل مع أنهم خذوا الفلوس وفوق هذا صار تأخير ف التوصيل. كلمتهم ع اساس يطرشون لنا الفلافل بس لوكيشن ثاني واللوكيشن الثاني يبعد فقط ٨ دقايق من اللوكيشن القديم وفهمته ان مافي احد فالبيت حالياً بس ما وافق ان يطرش لنا الاكل وفي ناس ما تعشوا بسبب غلطهم لأنهم كانو ناطريين الفلافل!!
