Absolutely the worst insurance experience imaginable. This company defines incompetence and zero accountability. From start to finish, the entire process was a disaster—delays, misinformation, and complete lack of coordination. The garage they forced me to use had some of the most unprofessional and disrespectful staff I’ve ever encountered. Dealing with them felt like arguing with people who simply don’t care. The repair work itself was shockingly poor. I received my car back in such bad condition that I had to spend my own money to fix their mistakes. It raises serious concerns about the standards and quality checks they claim to have—if any exist at all. Customer service from the insurance company was equally useless. Endless emails, countless calls, and still no proper response. They kept asking for the same documents again and again, clearly showing they either don’t read emails or don’t have any system in place to manage claims properly. The rental claim process was even more frustrating. After dragging it out unnecessarily, they cut down the claim amount and practically pressured me into accepting less. It felt less like a legitimate process and more like a tactic to avoid paying what they owe. Overall, this was not just poor service—it was a complete failure at every level. Unprofessional staff, terrible repair quality, endless delays, and a claims process that feels intentionally difficult. Avoid this company at all costs if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.

Extremely disappointing experience with the total loss claim process. I was clearly informed that the payout cheque would be ready within two weeks after submission of all required documents and the liability letter. I fully cooperated and agreed to the payout amount on the same day it was sent to me, hoping the process would be smoother and quicker. However, it has now been almost 3 weeks, and there is still no confirmed timeline or proper update. I have been forced to follow up almost every day just to get basic information regarding the cheque collection after the adviced two weeks timeline has passed. Unfortunately, customer service keeps repeating the same scripted response without providing any concrete answer or accountability. For a process involving customers who are already dealing with the stress of a total loss situation, the lack of transparency, urgency, and communication is unacceptable. The experience feels highly unprofessional and poorly managed.

I have dealt with Mr. Fady from Al wathba. He was a real cooperative person , and supportive man for all my inquiries. He assisted me to accomplish my insurance procedure within a short period. Extremely slow claim approval and poor communication My car has been at AGMC since October 31, and I’ve been trying to submit my claim through the Al Wathba Insurance app, but it doesn’t work at all — I couldn’t upload the police report, photos, or the claim itself. The car is under comprehensive insurance, provided as a complimentary first-year policy, yet after almost 10 days, there’s still no approval or update. Each time I contact the company, I’m told that I’ll receive an update “tomorrow,” but nothing ever happens. To make things worse, the insurance office is closed from Friday to Sunday, which only delays the process further. I can totally understand the clients frustrations who shared their reviews on this insurance co!!! Totally unacceptable
