I complied with every requirement—submitted all documents and transferred vehicle ownership within 24 hours as instructed. Despite this, my claim has been delayed for nearly 2 months with no clear explanation, no accountability, and no compensation. This delay has had serious consequences on my life, including disruption to my work and leaving my family in a very difficult situation. The level of negligence, poor communication, and lack of responsibility is unacceptable. Customers are left waiting with no transparency or urgency. للأسف، كانت تجربتي مع شركة الوثبة الوطنية للتأمين غير مُرضية. قمت بالتأمين على مركبتي لديهم، ولم يمضِ وقت طويل على شرائها قبل أن تتعرض لحادث أُعلن بعده أن المركبة خسارة كلية (Total Loss). ورغم وضوح الحالة، فوجئت بعرض تعويض منخفض جدًا ولا يعكس القيمة السوقية الحقيقية للمركبة قبل الحادث، مع تجاهل مستندات واضحة تثبت سعر الشراء والقيمة الفعلية في السوق. كما استغرق التعامل وقتًا طويلًا دون ردود واضحة أو مبررات شفافة لآلية التقييم المتبعة. اضطررت في النهاية إلى رفع شكوى رسمية إلى منصة سندك بسبب عدم التوصل إلى حل عادل، وهو أمر لم أكن أرغب به لولا غياب المرونة والتواصل الفعّال من جانب الشركة. السلبيات: • تقييم غير منصف لقيمة المركبة. • ضعف الشفافية في آلية احتساب التعويض. • تأخير في الرد والتعامل مع المطالبات. • غياب حلول مرنة تراعي العميل. الخلاصة: بناءً على تجربتي الشخصية، أنصح أي شخص بالتأكد جيدًا من سياسات التقييم والتعويض قبل التعامل مع شركة الوثبة الوطنية للتأمين

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by your insurance company. I have not received the level of support expected at all, and no one has been helpful in resolving my case. Up to now, I am still waiting for my car to be repaired, and I have not received any proper updates or assistance. This situation is unacceptable. I have now been instructed to drop off my vehicle (Plate No. 53162 – Abu Dhabi, Chassis No. 1N4AL3AP2DC223451, Claim No. 20/9018/90/2026/2191) at Danat Emirates Auto Workshop Centre in Mussafah. However, this instruction comes after a long delay and lack of communication. I am honestly shocked and surprised by the level of service I have experienced. I expected much better from your company, and I hope this matter will be handled urgently and professionally moving forward.

Nice and very quick service from the staff.. especially from Aswathy .. Answered all the queries promptly... Provided multiple choice and its facilities to identify and to choose the policy we need to take for our car .. There after sales service also very good..
