The collection at this store is genuinely good, but the staff’s attitude completely ruins the experience. I had a dress delivered without any fitting. When I went back to get it corrected, they were still unhelpful and dismissive. Very disappointing service — great clothes, but the customer handling seriously needs improvement.

Worst behaviour and service..👎👎they harrrase you once u buy from them..if u face any problem with material and service..than they treat u like anything..I have bought a suit from them, which got totally damaged in 1st wear.and when i went to complain that harassed me despite having patience they harassed me..fought with me..and when said i will give a review they instead circulated bad things about me…Avoid this shop..‼️‼️

Owner is the worst behaviour who works according to her mood which is very unprofessional and uneducated behaviour it has the worst collection don't ever buy it from here

I had taken 2 coord sets.One of it was altered so it had marks of opened stitches. Other one had a round inner but shirt outside was with v neck. The shopkeeper had told us she will return it whenever we come with the bill. But faced some issues while returning one of it. A credit note was given to us to take anything else in exchange but within some specific time. After 4 days when I went today to get the item, staffs were least interested to show anything. I myself had to pick things from the hanger, open and see it. If I had to rate them based on the customer service it would be negative. 4 staffs were there who were just folding clothes or sitting idle. They barely opened 4 pieces to show us and they had limited options to choose from .

The pieces are soo good and the materials used are amazing. The quality of clothes are top notch. The only thing is it's a little expensive. Other than that everything is great.

You can buy Nice gift for your love ones. Very polite ppl know how to take care of there customers 👌🏼

On their Instagram they have posted some dresses which was for 800-2000rs in sale most were in 1000-1200 approx so we visited the store i asked them to show those dresses as i have already confirmed about the price and what i want they showed me that and told me they have all the new collections those dresses are not old just single pieces are left and i have asked a price for 1 dress among them which was suppose to cost me 1200-1300 around and i was okey with it and but when i selected 2dresses and aksed for the bill the owner aksed to pay 4k for 2 dresses which was not more but i wanted the sale dresses and at the counter the game was changed they manipulate their customers i absolutely was shocked worst mind game they play with their customers atlst be honest with your customers give them what they want
