My experience with Al Ashbal Rent a Car in Ajman has been deeply upsetting and unprofessional. They took my passport as a security deposit, which is already unusual. During the rental, they frequently switched the car over several days, creating a lot of inconvenience. Despite having paid the full rental dues, they began threatening me for additional payments. When I requested the return of my passport, they avoided handing it back and demanded an additional AED 1,500. To make matters worse, one of their salespeople, Mr. Abdullah, physically assaulted me, hitting my nose, causing me to miss my bus to Oman for visa renewal. This ordeal has caused me great stress and personal loss. I strongly advise others to avoid this company.

WORST COMPANY EVER. I don't have a car. start rent for work and other stuff. My brother in law told me he can find a place with better and cheaper prices than I got. I tell him "Go for it". He got me a car for three days from them. Every day will cost 85 DH. No problem till now. He bring to Dhabi. First day flat tire I told myself not an issue I fill it in any fuel Station. Second day same thing, I did the same as before. Today the same tier is complete empty so I need to change it. The spare tire is in a pretty bad condition, wheel bolts were almost gone from charging it and it was in the middle of the day. When I call them and tell what happened, simply say "What I can do? not my problem". I told them I'll let everyone I know to stay a way from your company he say "OK, if you don't like our service the market full of others " And you know what, your Absolutely right. Thank you for this great advice.

لو فيه غير تحت النجمه عطيتهم (الاشبال للتأجير السيارات) اسوى مكتب تتوقع تتعامل معه فى حياتك حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل فيهم اخذ ٥٠٠ درهم علي بدون حق كانت ضربه مثل حبة الرز فى باب السائق ولا اعلم مني او من السابق !! وتم تقديرها من قبلهم ب ٥٠٠ درهم لا رجع للمرور او ورشة او حتى التأمين. نصيحه لكم لا تركب سيارة الا وانت فحصها كلها وتصوير فديو بعد عشان مايدبسونها فيك. مثلي. اما من جههت الموظفين سيئ للغايه ونتقاء الالفاظ تدل عليهم فى التعامل مع الزبائن !!

لا انصح ف التعامل مع هذه الشركة.... سياراتهم جيدة نوعا ما... لكن تعامل الموظفين سيئ جدااا... ولا يوجد استجابة من قبلهم... ينصح بالبحث عن شركة محترمة اخرى

Rent from them a car for 4 days as they said it's the minimum thy toke 1500 AED as a security deposit and they gave me 2013 model car and odometer is not working (they toke 1500 AED) thats mean either got fines and take ur deposit or spend more time to reach my destination every time i return it back they said they will fix it and gave back to me after 1 hour work only for 2 hrs again odometer fault car kashra not recommended at all

للاسف كان من اسوء المكاتب التاجير الاتي تعاملت معها ولن افكر ان اتعامل معهم مرة اخرى - كانت تجربة سيئة من اسوء مكتب تاجير لسيارات - انصح بعدم الوقوع بنفس الخطأ الذي وقعت فيه واني لكم من الناصحين✋🏻

جيد وصاخيبن نخوه انصح الجميع بهم . عل قليلة بس تسلم السيارة ماحدا بيتبلاك ب اعطال غير موجده
